I found out I had a bicuspid heart valve when I was experiencing strange pains in my chest. It is not uncommon apparently but when you are driving for a living it scares you a bit.... Like you I regularly exercise and try to eat healthy. But you will need to get an ultra sound done on your heart as an ecg will not pick it up. I had to have one for my HGV medical. Now I am monitored and I understand what the pains are and how to sort it... and yes exercise is the key.

Michael is a shrewd bugger wtf difficult to relax around cats like that but always worth a giggle

to sort your problem of freezing the water pumps look into a "trace heating" system to go around the pump and in feed pipe to stop it freezing, you already have power for the pump so should be an easy install.

Hi Ashville , I like the website, however I would suggest the following . 1) The header height can be reduced. 2) The background image/video is too much and shadows main features like Concrete Calculator. 3) Concrete Calculator is hidden and seems to be available after using the search e.g. search barriers. Nice to see some chat about fire design….I got a chance to geek out. The fire stuff is a double knock system, if two detectors detector fire that would be 2 knocks and the system assumes its a fire, then the smoke control will kick in. Most of the time if you have a Manual call point the system will skip the two knocks and see that as a fire and again activate the smoke control! Nice to see you taking this stuff seriously man. We normally have to fight with style and design!

That heart thing is really important to check out. I had to give up teaching (Assistant Head of a secondary school) after 22yrs because of complications with variant angina - never knew I had it, but it's the one where there's no blocked arteries or anything like that, and I could exercise like a trooper. Variant gets you when you rest afterwards, if heartrate drops and arteries start spasming, sometimes to the point of shutting. My resting bpm is mid-50's, lowest mid-40s, but when this hit me at work at 8:15am, I finished the day's business/teaching before getting checked. The docs gave me the chemical version of the treadmill to trigger it whilst on ECG, otherwise it never showed up - a "stealth heart attack", as one doc put it - then radioactive tracers in my blood to spot the damaged heart muscle. Blokes are terrible at going to the docs - lads, trust the messages your body is sending you - be a hero about it if you want, but a dead hero is still dead, so just stop and get the docs involved before it gets that far.

I know you previously mentioned your pricing on big jobs is fixed. That makes sense, however for everything else do you also have fixed rates or is it tiered pricing ? Here in Canada for instance we have residential customer pricing , consider that like a walk in the door cash sale no account good margin. We have small business, medium business and large business pricing. Obviously the bigger they account they kore they buy the better their pricing.

If you're going through a lot of water pumps you should look at Abyzz pumps, they are way more powerful than most pumps you would get, they are more expensive however they will save you money in the long run as not only are they are much better made they are way cheaper to run!

I know I've said this before, but there aren't all that many people I admire. It's just one of those things. But Daniel is one of the hardest people I have ever had the fortune to come across, even if it's only on youtube. However, every company worth its weight always has someone that can take some of the strain and stress off the main man. I believe Daniel should employ someone to take some of HIS load so that he can actually have a life. You only have a certain amount of time on planet earth so you should learn to slow down and look around.
