Thank you Vadim 👍👊🏻 the hood does look closed but I was able to reach all dents with pushing tools. Having the hood off works wonders

I have the exact same car with hail damage. I want to do repair on my own, but it’s very difficult for me. I tried with tools but it’s frustrating.

Perfect work Zan! One question: I saw that there is no protector under the hood, did you use something to avoid damaging the paint with the tips of the tools? Thank you very much! See you from Barcelona 👍🏽😉

Phenolic tips are good for that, but when finish double check to straight the holes back and some touch up paint if needed

Another great video Zan. What is the brand of glue and tabs you used as they looked like it only took one or two glues to fix each dent. Regards Craig

The tabs are dead center tabs from Keco and glue is a black glue from denttoolcompany.nl

I think the hood stand is called dent bench? Am not really sure. It does move really nice yes. I was positively surprised about how it pulles and pushes

Did you glue pull the doors because of no access? Just wondering, I been doing PDR for 15 years , I'm an ex body man and have been invited to apply for a job with Tesla's new line of body shops.

I don’t remember exactly if there were laminated windows. This could have been a factor. I think it was just bad access and the dents were not bad so it was just easier to glue pull them. Doors are aluminum but there is something about this tesla aluminum that makes it glue pull good.

@@vidicz So the aluminum on a Tesla is easier to work than say like a Ford pickup, interesting, I've had to fix hail dents on ford's all aluminum f 150s roof and was using a 7 foot long carbon fiber rod with a sharp tip bouncing all my weight on it and still had difficulty working out the dents. I'm going to work for Tesla and was curios about their aluminum. Keep doin what your doing bro. U da man.
