Appreciate your kind words, Chris! To answer your questions -- I haven't heard of any autopilot problem. If I were to guess, it's only with older cars where the original owner didn't purchase "Enhanced Autopilot". But with newer Tesla's you should definitely be able to activate it. For seats, it's honestly personal preference but I prefer black seats since it includes the alcantara material on the door panel inside the car. White looks good too but it might be a little more difficult to maintain (e.g if you have kids spilling colorful drinks, blue jean stains, etc.)

I think once I move into my new home I will have solar panels so that's when I'll start charging at home

I haven't noticed any major degradation yet but I'll continue to keep an eye out. I mainly charge at superchargers because it's free lol

I think with a Long Range Model 3 you can definitely make it work but it's really up to you if you want to drive 30 miles out of the way to charge. Do you have any destination chargers or local chargers around you? I'd recommend downloading apps like ChargePoint, PlugShare, EVGo, etc. You'll be able to see if those chargers are available near you. Hope this helps!

@@JayWuOfficial Yeah, I checked and the only destination charger is an inn and the reviews of it say that security will kick you off if you dont live there, so I wouldnt really be able to get any good miles on it, plus its still pretty far. i've seen a couple teslas driving around before but only on highways, i guess south carolina just hasnt had a big enough ev population for charging stations to really be built up? anyways, the supercharger is just further ahead from where I go for grocceries every week so while its a little more out of the way, it'd still be easy to incorporate into my weekly schedule. ive been thinking about this for a couple weeks now and i really feel like i'd be able to make it work despite the distance. one of my buddies even said that if i get a tesla, theyd get one too! theyre in the same situation where they cant home charge. ive already explained to them the charging situation in our area and they said if i can make it work, then theyd switch. assumimg a normal work week, i think that i'd be using around 170 miles, which is mostly just sentry mode funnily enough, but i think sentry mode is essential for a car this pricey to repair. still, it leaves me plenty of buffer to get to the supercharger. it doesnt really get extreme cold or hot in this area so i wont have to worry about battery degradation either. but yeah, the more i think about it the more and more possible it seems to be to own a tesla w/o home charging.

I've lived in the midwest for a majority of my life so it's good to hear that the Model 3's can do well in those kind of climates. Glad it's working out well for you! :D
