When Nick said "the block decodes as early '90's" that tells me this 454 is a truck motor with about 220 hp. Maybe I'm wrong and it's built but those motors as stock were turds.

Like the idea of the 454 big block in it but you said it was an early 90's 454 so that would explain why it's so gutless lol. When you get in the throttle you'd think it had a pos 305 or 307 under the hood. Someone should at least throw a good sounding cam in it. Won't really help the hp much but it'd sound good.

This old Rag top Nova is nothing to complain about, for she has a lot to give and she will be a great ride at this price. Wow, she is cool and clean at the same time and that is no lie. Go for it, very nice old mussel car.

Uh. This car isn't a rag top unless your referring to the vinyl top?! Chevrolet only made rag tops or convertibles 1962 and 1963.

Definitely the car needs repainted and needs a little bodywork but other than that fix a little few things and it’ll be a nice car
