@@FRChrisM Not defending the game, hell nah, just easy to forget that the rtx 30 series isnt new anymore, so ultra DLLs balance at 2k 45+ fps is actually quite impressive

@@S2GamesBench So far Nvidia and AMD did not officially announce anything. We know that the 5090 or 5080 will launch as the 1st models. Prob late this year, or even 2025 if you follow some new rumors. On top of that, most ppl will not buy a 5080 for over 1000$. You can already read it on Steam forums, how many ppl are complaining about the performance. Ppl with 3080Ti+ cards. It also runs like shit for them. So right now, nothing can save you from this games optimization. The game is also releasing on consoles, how is it gonna run there. Guess they are only targeting 30 fps then. Tho as always, the developer is super silent about it. One comment on Steam forum sums it up very well, "Runs like Next Gen, Looks like Last Gen, Always Online" I had to check online and compare it to The Crew 2 from 2018, and the results were shocking. Side by side, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown looks only marginally better. Mostly do to better reflections and lighting quality. Also, have you seen how poor the NPC characters look in this game. It looks like something from the early PS3 days. Good thing that I am not interested in this garbage. But it does show a very bad trend in the industry, and where it's headed. Also, is this a UE5 game by any chance?!. As that would also explain a lot.
@@asahira7834 It's not just that visuals look old but they also look very blurry, especially if you are in cockpit camera, I had to double check if I am indeed running the game at 1440p and DLSS is on and it was but it looks like FSR performance mode.
