I use a small syringe (10ml). Cut off the needle to use the rest as a cap. Pull out the plunger completely, dispense adhesive into syringe (about 3/4), replace plunger and push adhesive up to the spout. Easy and accurate to dispense and glue can be stopped from flowing by pulling back a bit on plunger - no mess no waste and main tube opened and closed far less. I am diabetic so used my used syringes (after cleaning) but the small disposable ones are cheap to buy and can be filled 2 or 3 times then also be discarded

Unscrew the top a tad to let air in and tap the bottom against a flat surface to stop it from being pushed out. Then keep it upright if still using. Sometime is works 😂

The Dollar Tree super glue worked great but it left the white residue in some spots so I wanted to try something new

Try putting the flat end of the tube in a cup. Keep the tip up right.

Pretty pokey tool yes the E6000 oozes so does the Fabri-Tac and the beacon glue from Dllar Tree but the hold on them are great

I buy them from Hobby Lobby. They go on sale for 50% off they are called scribe pin from the company jewelry shoppe. If you go to my tutorial playlist I have a video call let's make a pokey tool and I show the item number you can use the item number to look them up online or your store can order them for you

Love your pokey tool. What size are your spacers they look perfect. Love it thanks for showing how the glue works and that it does not need a big squeeze. I would also be interested to know if the glue clogs the metal tip. Tfs hugs

I ran my needle through the tip to remove the glue and used it the next day. The spacers are 10mm
