Good work,but,the FSSAI should also bring the poultry farms under observation for hygienic and healthy eggs. As the unhygienic practice at poultry farms causes infections to humans due to bacteria present in egg.

If the egg lays down great for everyday cooking, if it stands up a bit it will be the best hard boiled egg and easy to peal. If it goes up for more air then it goes outside in the trash

It was pre boiling stage analysis Only after checking the egg is consumable ,you have to boil
