Here's a video of my first test with Starlink. I wanted to see how well it would perform with partially obstructed views of the sky, so I placed the dish in the bed of my truck and opened the tonneau cover halfway. As you can see from the walk-around, my truck is backed into my driveway and close to my garage. I ran a couple of speed tests, and the results were much better than I expected, especially considering the obstructions.

This is not a permanent install for those wondering. I'm installing a roof rack on my truck and plan to mount the dish flat on top of it. Additionally, this speed test was done with the newest Gen 3 Starlink mesh router. For my permanent install, I plan to connect the dish directly to my Cradlepoint IBR900-1200M mobile router. With this setup, I'll have AT&T, Verizon, and Starlink, with Starlink as my primary internet connection and AT&T or Verizon as backups in case of connectivity issues with Starlink. And yes, for those of you wondering, this temporary setup is running off the AC with a power cord splitter connected to the outlet in my truck bed.
I'll be sure to make another video once everything is set up the way I want. The roof rack is on order and won't arrive for a few weeks. To recap, this first connectivity test with Starlink, despite the obstructed views, exceeded my expectations with decent speeds.
