i got a similar one and it does well for me. Im not at an advanced level yet tho, as im only able to rep +60kg, so ill most likely have to switch to a better one once i get stronger.
Great video,. I dont like the open design of the cheap belt but i guess you could link a bunch of carabina clips across the rings to close the belt. The short chain might be ok for slotted plates but i like the weights down near my feet, well away from my nuts. Keep up the good work.
My belt is the same design but i put the chain through the other ring, then through the weights and attach the carabiner at the same ring the chain originates. So it cinches the belt together, but it makes the weights hang pretty high which isn't great when loading up more plates for pullups. Oh just got to where he does it the same way.

Hi Micha! Hab den King of weighted letztens bestellt, der ist super von qualität. nur ne frage wegen der größe, ich hab mich gemessen (hüfte) 90cm , also hab ich L bestellt, der fühlt sich etwas zu lang an, wird der vielleicht nach nutzung von paar wochen besser sitzen ? LG ! Liebe deinen Kanal

I am used to not clip the 2 ends of the belts together like you do in this video because i like to feel free my stomach, but i see that you like to clip them. Is it bad to not clip them for street lifting?
Have we seen the same video? I did. It’s not working for more then 25kg as the chain was too short. Also it’s hella uncomfortable getting the hip compressed like that.
But i think buying a cheap belt is good for a beginner after it breaks it will show that your at a level where u need a better one so i Dont believe its bar
@@MichaSchulz hmm that is true 😂 but maybe like You could not rlly be sure your into weighted calistenics yet so buying ur first one as like the best one wld not be so logical
