Shoot a paper target and get grouping sizes with different buckings. That will be a really good test. Of course you'll have people in the comments section saying it doesnt count if its outdoors. Dont worry about that, games are already played outside and we do care about accuracy gains in an outdoor setting

Hi, thanks for your comment! There are several reasons why i do not do it the way you describe here. 1. The chances that two or more buckings match with the chosen internals of a single replica are low. Often, you need different nozzle lenghts, hop up units or even inner barrels. This on the other hand means, the comparison is not only about the bucking anymore. I did this before, but it didn't work out the way i wanted. 2. Typical pieces of paper (Din A 4) are too small to set them up on 50 meters, which i would consider to be the most important distance for such a test. The sound of the target is a good indicator to get if it is a hit or not, i guess. An alternative could be larger paper or cardboard, thats something to think about. 3. I do not believe in the importance of grouping sizes on 50 meters. What counts for me - and ingame - is hit or not. And to see the BBs trajectory. There are too many aspects that influence the results , when it is about how many cm the impacts are apart from each other. Wind, shooters error, vegetation etc. For indoor tests however (maybe on shorter distances): yes! I hope you have a good day, thanks for watching my video :)

@@rummbolt I can completly understand your reasons, this is a "testing" video, not a comparison video, but without comparison we are half on the way to know if it is worth buying this buckings or not, im from Spain, if i buy from Asia i have to pay extra taxes and wait a long time for the product to arrive due to spanish customs being so god damn slow, so im not sure if its worth for me to buy this buckings or stick to the usual Maple Leaf ones, i tested several buckings from different manufacturers (madbull, krytac, G&G, Guarder, Maple leaf and Begadi), for me the best ones are the begadi buckings even if they need a bit heavier bbs than other brands to really work like magic. Im pretty sure you can replace the Friction bucking with a Begadi one and dont have any issue with the current setup, can be a great "part 2" video XD.
@rummbolt
@rummbolt 5 месяцев назад
@@fubene5495 Yes you are right - i think Hop Up development came to a point where not a lot "more/better" is possible - the begadi buckings are outstanding, and i think it´s not worth to replace them because they are "almost perfect". And 100% perfect, you will never get in Airsoft. From my experience, the 4uad Friction Pro can be compared to the Begadi Mag 5 Pro. Both get very good results, the one may perform a little bit better on setup A, the other one in Setup B. But to tell which one is truely superior - i think thats not really possible in all scenarios. All the best to Spain - have a good one!

Hey brotha! Ive been testing these out to see if I want to use them in customer builds and so far only had one issue Pros: Great hop even at low FPS. I had my indoor DSG shooting 300 FPS with .20s at 45 RPS easily hopping .30s put to 120 ft like an arrow straight shots And for my personal 380mm 6.03 TBB and 4UAD bucking at 415 FPS testinf with .32 im hitting well into the 200ft marks. Only issue ive had with one 35 RPS 360 FPS .32 gram bbs around half day of full auto and spamming ( testing durability) it failed pretty fast at about 3 highcaps. In comparison a G&G green stock bucking can run high RPS builds without feelin da breeeze All in all great bucking but would be weary if running a higher FPS and high RPS My milisim brothers you guys will love this. Just pair it with a .28g > for best results I use only .32 regardless of build amd fps for my personal best performance 😸🙌

Hm, thats an interesting issue. Unfortunately, here in Germany, we are not allowed to play full auto above 0.5 Joules so i can not really comment. But maybe someone else could help here :) Have a good one!

Tried the Quantum with my Airtac CRBN build (MAXX M4P, EdGI barrel, RHop nub) and the first 1000 shots with BLS .32 was very underwhelming, Shots were very inconsistent and had an occasional flyer. After about 1000 shots then the shots got to be pretty good accuracy and hop. Bucking break in perhaps? Im a big believer in the ML MR HOP (5 separate builds now) which gives me good results so Ill probably stick to that in the future.
@rummbolt
@rummbolt 4 месяца назад
Thats also interesting. In my case, the consistency in the first shots where just as you saw in the video - there was no breaking in period or anything. Just installing and going outside for shooting. I wonder why experiences are so different about this. Maybe a matter of temperature? How hot / cold is it where you live? Have a good one!

Hello, would this bucking and nub combo work for the Cyma CM.048m airsoft AKM? I've heard of people saying M4 buckings don't work well with Ak hop up units.
@rummbolt
@rummbolt 4 месяца назад
In my opinion, there is no thing like a "M4-Bucking". Maybe some manufacturers do label their product like this, but the main categories are "AEG Buckings" and "GBB/VSR" buckins. There may be some special constructions for some pistols or for the Silverback Snipers for example... But as far as i know, the Cyma CM.048m uses the very same bucking type 95% of the AEGs out there use So the 4uad buckings should also be compatible here :)

@rummbolt 5 месяцев назад

@rummbolt
@rummbolt 5 месяцев назад

@CrazyDingo_Airsoft 5 месяцев назад
I tested the Quantum Bucking and reached about 60m precisely with 0,36g and 1,1J. I found Out for me that for heavyer bb's you need to apply too much pressure with the Quantum Bucking and loose Energy in that Order. I switched Back to Buckings Like the Mag7, the Trusight bucking or MR Hop.
@rummbolt
@rummbolt 5 месяцев назад
Thanks for sharing your experience with the 4uantum bucking :) I had the feeling that 0.32 in my test was a good choice, but can not comment on heavier weights. Probably, the Mag7 will have an advantage here because of the larger patch surface. Have a good one!

I decided to pick 50 meters as a typical Assault Rifle distance. BBs fly further, but accuracy decreases then. Like with any other bucking in the energy range of 1,5J. This was not my aim to show here :)
