it was a small bottle/cup tho. i once saw a guy drinking half a bottle of vodka and a redbull through a beerbong. he was so fcked up we had to call the ambulance an hour later.
You make cooking seem less scary, considering that it’s scary to eat radioactive chicken. I’m a big fan of the science lessons you throw in there when considering ingredients, and of your humor. Can’t wait to see you hit 1M!
I'm so glad that your long form videos are bringing you tons of subscribers. I do not like short form Tik Tok videos or RU-vid Shorts, and this proves that there are lots of people who share this opinion. Congrats on your channel growth so far and hope you get over a million soon!
5 days ago was 400k, you are now at 600k. You deserve every one of us. You are clearly extremely hardworking and I have noticed the production detail is amazing on these more recent vids. Thankyou for entertaining ❤
Drill a hole in the bottom of the vodka bottle, or put it in an empty milk bottle that will be a lot easier to put a hole in so that the vodka bottle isn't creating a vacuum and the vodka will pour out a lot better
I think you just need a longer neck bottle and a wetter melon so that osmotic action can take place. Should be perfect for doing in a bucket of water if you can get it to float upside down securely. Then you'll have water flavored vodka, and vodka flavored water 👍
even if you enfuse it for longer, the melon right around the bottle will turn into sludge while the stuff further out will still have nothing. it is just a good viral video but a trashy recipe. if you want vodka infused watermelon, cut it up into cubes and infuse it in a vacuum bag.
My mom was a WWII survivor of the napalm fire-bombing of Tokyo, with survivors having to get creative with their food. Her mom, my grandmother taught her how to preserve watermelon rinds by pickling. She would still occasionally make rind pickles, decades after the war ended.
i love your channel cuz it makes my food look better😭😭😭 no, i mean you cook realistically, not like those youtube chefs, so i find it relatable, even though i know you are a actually not a bad cook
for the watermelon vodka, i’d suggest using a bigger bottle and also a fresher watermelon. if you just skin a part of the watermelon and then insert the bottle into it it should normally work
I've done this. And the only way to replace/empty the vodka bottle into the watermelon is for the watermelon to release its own juice. But since a watermelon is a closed system, it's difficult to do. I mean the watermelon is already saturated with liquid so the vodka wouldn't be absorbed anyway. When I did it and ultimately didn't work, I just cut the watermelon in cubes and emptied the vodka in the bowl the cubed pieces were in. That process worked better and was delicious.
@@peterruf1462 Should. But both (watermelon and vodka bottle) are in equilibrium. There’s no inequality of pressure/gradients/concentration /solvents for osmosis to occur overnight (as the recipe suggests). In this case the watermelon cannot handle any more volume as it is already saturated with its own liquid.
2:15 man really said lets taste vodka and proceed to drink half of the glass 😂. Idk why but this feel like, tell me your russian without telling me your russian. tho by the voice he isnt going to be one.
@@FutureCanoe From Australia lol, rego ran out yesterday which was the brunt of it, did manage to talk him down from charging me for 50kmh over to 20kmh which was good
@@FutureCanoe Bro, I´m crying here: what is the final Rating of the Wa-Rimchi???! 😂 (aka watermelon-rim kimchi) I was so eager to know the update!! Did it balance out??? Did it become the 8 out of 10?
I find your videos so relatable! I'm always trying to imitate some recipe I found online... The main difference is that your success rate is way, way, WAY higher than mine. Thanks a lot for your vids!
I found your channel about a month ago, probably less and I am so happy I did. Your vids make me happy man. Thanks. Also congrats on making it to 1.2 mil subs in the 4 months since this vid dropped.
I’ve done the vodka method by mashing up the inside of the Mellon with a fork, takes ages and you need to remove some flesh but tastes great and almost completely masks the vodka flavour
The vodka hack doesn't work at all as the watermelon is already saturated with juices. There is nowhere for the vodka to go, which is why vodka infusions use dry ingredients or dehydrated fruit.
Your videos are a direct reflection of how my life is right now: monotone, budgeted, but flavorful. For this reason I had to order an apron, plus I need a place to wipe all my grease off on while I meal prep my dirty keto dishes.
