Finally, after numerous YT videos, this one got me to where I needed to be. I did experience a slight difference. I could not access the Acquire "Specify Destination Folder" or "Show window", until I connected the camera. It actually imported into LR faster than I thought it would. THANKS SO MUCH
Thanks...this helped so much using my XT4. Especially the part of finding the icon after launching X-Acquire. I was just staring at it thinking something was wrong. Got it all working and importing directly into LR. Great work.
Not that I am aware of or think possible, though you could hook up a hdmi to usb capture device and see the live view on a webcam app/software like OBS then have x-acquire import the images a bit of a long workaround but possible.
I am having trouble tethering my X-T3 using the latest version of X-Acquire. X-Acquire will not recognize my X-T3 in the window. My X-T2 works fine. It will just not recognize my X-T3. I have a Tether Tools USB to USB-C cable, so the cable shouldn't be the problem. I have the camera Connection Mode set to USB Auto. I have tried everything, and just can't figure it out.
The first thing I would try is a full factory reset on the camera if that doesn’t work even though you know your cable is good and working I would try another different cable those are the first things I would try
