TFS - Vegeta Getting Humbled 

TFS Vegeta has so much personality, despite being a parody, he's still the same character as original, but with exaggerated comedy.

"I'm.... sorry..." "Oh wow, we ARE f*cked." Probably the best it got for personality defining one-liners.

Humility builds character. And Vegeta certainly is a character.

You gotta admire how Vegeta was the only character whose personality they didn't even change slightly. They had no need to. They simply made the situations he was put into funnier, making him funnier too.

"MY BABY BOY!" "Vegeta, no!" "VEGETA, YES!" Being able to deliver both them true feels AND hilarity in such a short exchange is actually really impressive writing.

Vegeta’s “I’m…sorry…” hits extra hard in this adaptation, since Vegeta is extra insensitive and dickish to everyone. But, since he thought those would be his final moments (again…), he let his “Pride wall” down like with Krillin in E53, and showed compassion for once. You know what they say, you show who you *truly* are just before you die. Gohan’s uncensored “Oh, we *are* fucked…” is one of the handful of times a fuck was uncensored in this show, and it really adds to the emotional weight.

Goku: Gohan! You have to focus! Remember Icarus? Gohan: ...>:( Goku: He did it. Vegeta: Oh, that's bullshit!! Still the funniest part of Season 1 XD.

15:11 I don't care what anyone says, trunks being over 9000% done with his father's bullshit and finally snapping was THE most important humbling moment of Vegeta's many lives.

To be fair, Vegita took more abuse and survived then any other villian in the series, Kamehameha x4, Spirit bomb, getting crushes and getting cut, like holy damn.

I love the part where Cell asks Yamcha how he's doing, that is the perfect burn, pun intended. Just, "Oh, good, I brought towels and water bottles," "And like that you've already contributed more than Vegeta!"

Poor Vegeta, he went from overconfident to humbled so many many times.

Funnily enough, in the original, Cell actually admits to Vegeta, that while he didn't think much of his attack Final Flash, it proved to be more powerful than he thought, and he actually had to dodge, at the last second or it would have killed him. So, had Cell actually not dodged, Vegeta would've won that one too. Like, I know Cell, in those days, was easily 10x stronger than Frieza, I mean, for God's sake, 17 and 18 were stronger than Frieza, which only makes sense, since Goku and company, had only gotten ALOT stronger since Frieza, to the point, for Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and even Gohan, Frieza was of no challenge. And I mean AFTER the training arc, like, when 19 and 20 (Gero) showed up. So, it makes sense that the androids are stronger, so, considering that, and the fact it took a Enraged SSJ2 Gohan to beat Cell, Vegeta's attack damn sure had waaaaaay too much power behind it.
