Damn! A bird that looks like beef roast! It looked unappetizing at first look but after preparation and cooking. Overall results. Delicious! I’d try it!
Very Interesting. I never seen ostrich cooked before. The egg is huge. Wow. Not something I would eat. But I respect different cultures. Very well made video. BON APPETIT 🐣🐣👨🍳👩🍳
It was amazing to watch them break the ostrich down- I used to butcher whole chickens, cut them up into portions, on a regular basis, and watching someone do the same to such a big bird with such skill is a treat. It's been a very long time since I ate ostrich, too, but it is a very tasty as well as healthy meat, so the diners are in for something special.
It is an ostrich. Just one leg would be incredible Alk is also huge. I watched scenes that are hard to see even in my life. I always watch the video coming up I write for the first time. Please show me a lot of new videos from now on Thank you.
Maaaaaan You Did That!!! Great presentation Chef!! I've never had ostrich, but I'd enjoy that bowl!! Beginning to End 💯 cooked outside, clean environment and I loved seeing the bananas as it was raining 😊 cooking it up in that nicely covered outdoor kitchen❤👍🏽👍🏽
For anyone that has not tried ostrich egg and you like chicken egg i recomend it....it makes the most fluffy rich scramble and the most amazing omelets ect , its slightly more rich in flaviour but thats the only real diffrence
I love watching these cooking videos, but I wish we could know the name of the ingredients ... some techniques explained. Thank you for sharing, though-this is so unique-so awesome - I'd like to partake of such feast, unless the food is so spicy I couldn't handle it.
I like the way he is handling the meat with a lot of care and respect that's how food should be treated especially such kind of food😢😢😢😢😢😢😯😯😯😯😯😃😃😄...!!?
thats the best vid from the Bangkok siries ever! first Ostrich anatomy & carving lesson for me that's for sure!, ! honestly i've never tried Ostrich meat but judging by the fibers and muscles condition as well as the color of the flesh i can say that ostrich is simply a glorefied Turkey , the taste must be very similar between the two species! has any one tried Ostrich meat before? i'd love to hear your opinions!
His knife technique is beautiful without being forced or wasteful. The knife can be inserted smoothly into the fascia and muscles, and there is no need to chop off meat other than the lumbar vertebrae. The technique of dismemberment is also important to make the food tasty. I am glad to watch this video because it is not often seen.
@@belzeebob657 It has a lot less fat and cholesterol than beef or pork, but still tastes like beef. You could see how lean the bird was when they were butchering it.
@@MichelleNagir, guess that depends upon your faith. I know where my dad is and I also know we'll be reunited someday. You have a nice weekend, too and thanks for the kind words.
There is an emu burger vendor at our state fair every year. I've eaten one and honestly, it doesn't have much flavor at all. Was like eating a bland beef burger. I'm wondering if ostrich is similar.
