Bueno, me llamó mucho la atención la preparación de estos langostinos y la verdad lo que más me llamó la atención y quisiera saber fueron 2 cosas: 1. cómo se llama el ingrediente color morado (tipo pasta o tipo masa). 2. me llamó la atención que usaron las semillas verdes que en el estado de Guerrero aquí en México las conocemos como guajes.
