📒Recipe: Khao Pad Goong ข้าวผัดกุ้ง | Thai Girl in the Kitchen
- 400g Cold Steamed Rice
- Prawns/Shrimps as many as you want :)
- Soda Water
- 3 Eggs
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- Onion
- Green Onions
- Cucumber
- Vegetable Oil
Seasonings:
- 2 tbsp Salted Butter
- Salt
- Black/White Pepper
- 3/4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce

🌻 *NOTE:
- The best type of rice to make fried rice is 'leftover rice' you just took out from the fridge. Because it won't be clumpy and mushy when cooking.
So the idea is whether your steamed rice is leftover or not, leave it completely cool before cooking :)
- Golden Mountain seasoning sauce is being used widely in Thai cuisine, it's available at most Asian shops. Or you can substitute with Maggie or light soy sauce.
