Beautiful rounds. Love how you show controlled aggression even when your round 1 partner was clearly losing his cool. You didn’t over react, or back down. Just responded with skill and technique As we used to say in my old gym, “you eat what I eat”. Keep up the great work!
So much respect, love how you level up and down with each sparring partner, nice control and technique without letting up and at the same time allowing your partner to mutually learn and benefit from you. Awesome 👏
I love how you showed great control when going against lesser experienced/skilled partners like the 3rd one. So you do have a 'volume knob' built in after all. 😂 Awesome work man.
hahaha thanks man! I always go as hard as my partner hits. I also usually spar light over hard, but I just to post only hard sparring because it seemed like everyone enjoyed watching it
Awesome session those guys were beasts. You did great in Thailand which is a real test. You are progressing so much. Your takedown defense and wrestling takedowns looked so explosive and crisp. It reminded me of GSP. The last sparring partner was frighteningly fast for his size.
Jeff, Very good. I agree with Christian that the first guy with the beard seemed to try 'beat you' not friendly sparring. Your strengths is your footwork.Repeatedly you dance your way out then make your shots. Pic & move.Ali used to do that well.It inspires to try to move at my old age of 67.:) good video.:)
Your Striking is on Point!,I really appreciate you making this video i train in the states and have been planning to go to Thai land to train its cool to see what the vibe/training is like in one of the bigger gyms and a video made by a fighter not the gym to promote.
Ok so 4th sparring round at approx 8:50 the man hit a hook off the stance switch!!! Mind Blown! Lol ridiculous coordination.. Good spars bro [looking to steal your cardio routine btw 😜😂]
Oh boy love seeing your analysis videos from the accumulated years pay off in your muscle memory in these sparring clips. Went from your local gym to American Kickboxing Academy, keep representing us Asians haha
First dude was throwing some leather! The hulk in the last round was super controlled. I love seeing oppossing styles. You looked good out there. Your footwork and angles always impress me. That stance switch off the slip is beautiful. Thanks for the content.
Damn dude. You can tell these guys have some crazy anti wrestling and striking skills. I'm really stoked to see how you level up with all this training going into one championship!
Pretty new to this Channel. Compared to older videos your form has become much better. Your blocking while kicking is much cleaner. And your fast legkicks are awesome to watch. Keep it up
Good video !! That's some tough sparring ! I think that one dude was a bit out of control personally. The other training partners seemed to be more in control and training smarter.
Looks like those guys forgot to leave their ego outside of the gym. Lol, even the real AKA looks friendlier and that says a lot considering ther injury record. Btw Jeff your double leg looks amazing now!
@@highviewseeker5415 dumbass? haha ok man whatever. I was not talking about the intensity, Jeff usually goes hard, I have nothing against that. I was talking about the vibe, I've sparred enough and been to enough gyms to feel that they were not chill. You can go hard and still give good vibes. The hardest gym are still very friendly, just have a look at AKA san jose, Tristar, Hard Knocks 365 or ATT. But this was just my opinion based on a video, maybe Jeff's experience was different. No need for the insult mate
@Spinning Back-Kick it's my feeling, the way they sparr, I don't know have you ever sparred? If yes, have you never felt the difference in intention/agressivity from one guy to another? and I'm not talking about hitting hard. But again, just my opinion
@Spinning Back-Kick LOL! "nor fought more than 10 fights" how did you come with that specific number? ahah "playful while trying to KO someone" yeah mate that's what I'm fucking talking about since the be.gi. nning. Of course there are always some ego it's not like people are fucking monks or what, I'm talking about a bad vibe, it was just my opinion anyway, just a feeling! ahah are you guys from that gym to make things so tense? like insulting me and questionning if I have sparred enough. ahah wtf
@Spinning Back-Kick AHAHAH DAMN! You took this to an all other level. For the thousand time I. am. not. talking. about intensity, learn how to fucking read before bothering others. "not there to make me feel comfortable?" Yeah no shit. I expressed an opinion don't be so upset; Well I guess this is youtube. Oh, you didn't answer are you from that gym?
Wow very nice. Certainly not light technical sparring though. Am I correct? Love to see some sparring progression videos and tips for beginner and intermediate.
@@MMAShredded yes I watched that. Beautiful stuff. So relaxed. Do you have videos on or will you make some on different sparring progressions and ideas to build up to full sparring?
Fan of your videos. I really enjoy how you even show the stuff that may make it look like the fight didn’t go as well as you wanted it to. To many “fighters” only show their good stuff, worried about image. I’ve said it before. You keep it real, with great content.
Lol. What a beginning to a video. First my ribs hurt just watching those kicks then i laughed as you two plowed through other peoples training space. Awesome
Watching you spar is always sick and educational as hell. Every high level move I saw you execute in the spar was in your online course! Glad i bought it. One FC is gonna have theyre hands full. Your a Savage dude! 👊
these spars were really nice, I'm sure you picked up a lot of experience from each one of them but especially that big dude! He seemed very skilled lol Nice video as always man!
This was a really nice video, keep it up. You are motivating people like me.I'm starting with MMA in 2 months after I get my Karate black belt. I've trained kick box as well.i just need to learn BJJ and some Muay Thai and I'm ready to go. I'm 16 people say I got time and I CAN'T WAIT to get into the ring. Also you are a goldmine of knowledge and a smart fighter too, seriously thank you.
@@MMAShredded Really means a lot that you responded. I look up to Israel Adesanya because he is really relatable and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Saenchai,Mike Tyson and of course I look up to Bruce Lee and Mohammad Ali as well since they were beyond martial arts. Not to be cocky but if I ever succeed I am sponsoring you immediately because you are doing greater things than you might realize, mark my words😁. Won't bother you anymore. Stay amazing, keep creating awesome content, good luck in your MMA career and Happy New Year 💙
Great workout. I missed Phuket. Hope they will open up soon after the lock down. Many people is highlighting hard sparring style of the 1st sparring partner. When do sparring there (or Tiger or many other fight camps), you will pretty much spar with all these styles in just one sparring session. that is one of the most reason fighter goes to fight camp to spar with all kinds of people.
Love watching aka thai tour....that MMA sparring was awesome.....wish I can learn there one day.....meet one of my favorite fighters...sir mike swick...ooh yeah...if you are reading this...I wish you more blessings🙏🥊😎❤️
@@MMAShredded love your channel sir...you.looking like a monster in your sparring....it's actually kind of you to take time to reply to us....thank you...wish you more blessings sir Jeff🥊🙏😎❤️
