Nyob Zoo From Thailand! 🇹🇭
I recently went to Thailand to visit my grandparents and wanted to share some of the things we ate. Lots of soups, stir fry, sides, and so much more. This will be a 3 part series so stay tuned for the next two parts. I hope you enjoy seeing a little glimpse of what we ate in a day. This is Hmong family style dining. Happy Eating! 💞
**FYI: There are no recipes for the food we ate. I will not reply to those who asked. I will keep these dishes on my list to recipe test and share with you all later in the future.

About Cindy
My Name is Cindy Her, I am a full time Pastry Chef in the Pacific Northwest and part time food content creator for C.HerCreations (C.HawjCreations). I specifically focus on Hmong food I grew up eating but I also venture into other South East Asian food as well.As a second generation Hmong American woman, my goal is to teach you what Hmong people love to eat, what we cook, how we cook it, how it has evolved, and how we enjoy it. I want you to learn a little bit more about the Hmong food culture and I hope you all stay tuned on this culinary adventure with me. As always, happy cooking :) -Cindy Her [C.HerCreations]

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ! THE LOVE AND CARE YOUR FAMILY PUTS INTO EACH AND EVERY DISH ON THE TABLE IS BEYOND WORDS. THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WORLD THAT CAN REPLACE FAMILY AND FOOD. I LOVE THAI FOOD BECAUSE IT IS VERY HEALTHY WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN WELLNESS. THE CHICKEN WITH MEDICNAL HERBS LOOKS SO GOOD. EVERYTHING PREPARED LOOKED SO DELICIOUS. SAY HELLO TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER; SHE IS ADORABLE. THANK YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FOR SHARING YOUR WORLD AND FOOD WITH US. I'VE NOT BEEN TO THAILAND BUT HOPEFULLY I WILL SOMEDAY. IT'S BEAUTIFUL THERE AND I LIKE BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. HEAVEN ON EARTH.

Amazing! I love the fresh coconut juice right off the tree, it’s so refreshing and delicious. This video made me miss my country, the Philippines. I enjoy watching your videos and learning more of your. Culture. I like going to Mhong new year where I live and I try to go every year, I enjoy watching culture dances and I can’t miss out on the foods available there. I wish I could go and visit Laod and Thailand someday. Thank you for sharing!

I have a question. How is laab pronounced? I've heard lop, like pop. I've heard lob, like Bob. And now you pronounced it laj, silent j. I've also heard it as larb or larp. I'm a HUGE lover of spicy laab moo.
@CHerCreations
@CHerCreations Год назад
In our Hmong Leeg dialect, we say it with the silent j (Laj). Laab is also correct (in Laotian). We don't really use larb and or pronounce it with the (r). Hope that makes sense.

Are the meats in Thailand really better and tastier then the garbage we eat in America?
