My brother has been a mechanic for over 40 years and has his own business. He has signs everywhere stating "no customers allowed beyond this point." It's for insurance purposes, not because he doesn't want his customers to see what he's doing. If someone gets hurt in his business beyond the customer area he could be sued, therefore the insurance company requires the signs and he enforces it. His shop can have up to 8 cars in it at any given time, that's a lot of danger to people who don't belong in the shop. The defendant was right in not allowing the planttiff to be in the shop while he was doing the work. If he acts like he did in the courtroom today, imagine what he's capable of doing if he doesn't agree with how the mechanic is fixing his vehicle. He's an immature little baby trying to get a payout so he can continue to miss job interviews and live off his lawsuits. Based on how he acted in court, I'm guessing he wouldn't have gotten the job anyway, and if he did, he would have been fired the first time someone pissed him off.

He would have done better... to busy trying to save a dime and ended up spending more dollars and waiting on the parts! Plantiff seems a bit off and doesn't want to listen or be flexible
