@@Mark-pb4dn Do you know how hard this is? Don’t be stupid child you clearly have zero sense of whats happening and the amount of training she probably did to do that. Your nothing compared to her and all the other competitors.
@@realonefr10010 sorry but for me it's 4 , her foot touch 4 times between each hurdle ! Her leg would change everytime she jump if she do 3 touch only, its an impair number, sorry for my bad english
You go girl! It is rare to see someone this young so fluid in this event. Hurdlers are rare. I'm hollerin' at hearing all the other hurdles fall behind her😂❤
Total gazelle !!! The way she approaches and ascends over those hurdles is AWESOME !! Three steps in between, rhythmic, the form, never looses stride, pulling away from the pack ! Go ‘head you athlete !!! Let me watch it again 😊
Had a coach tell me every time i was training for hurdles, "its not about speed it's about momentum and timing" never understood him. 14 years later and with this video, i understand
Just so you guys knows, I’m pretty sure she ran a 100m hurdle race. Her time was around 13.5 seconds which is really good for however old she is. Women at Olympic level run about a second faster around the mid to low 12 seconds. The reason people are saying she looks flawless as although she may not be as quick as an Olympic level athlete, her technique is really good, her torso remains still while jumping each hurdle and her front and trail leg are getting in the correct positions to go over the hurdle really low. Hope this helps 👍 (I’m a track athlete myself)
Nah we don't have to make up stories based on ZERO evidence to explain why everyone else isn't as great as her. We can just appreciate the greatness of this girl.
By the 2nd hurdle she had hit her stride & was running her race alone. She never came close to touching a hurdle with beautiful long strides over them!! Graceful and quick as lightning.
Yesssss girl! And that’s the difference between a 3 stepper and a 4! Plus she’s got great power, quick turnover, and low/close to the hurdle! Superb technique 👏🏽
Go girl, teach how it should be done!!!! You areba Natural phenomenon and gift to us all. 🏆👏🏆 What a gift our great God has blessed you with. 🙏🏿💕🙏🏿💕🙏🏿💕
I keep watching this in Amazement and NOT because I’m a senior citizen but, because of our athletic ability no one can take away 💯This young lady is listening to her rhythm within , riding with what God gave her! “You go girl”! 🥰🥰🥰

Get a doctoral degree first then when you do you come back and talk to me about IQ🤡. Btw black women are the highest race in AMERICA to graduate college.
I counted 54 or 56 steps depending on where the finish line is. 10 steps to the 1st hurdle, 4 between hurdles - that's the visualization: straight ahead anchor image to lock the head in place, then the dance steps to the horizon
