Thats my rub for ribs, and it is fantastic. Basically just a taco seasoning tho i do something similar in bbq sauce or if im doing any kind of chili. Bonus points if you can find real mexican oregano and not the Mediterranean stuff.

Great explanation and cook of this unique sandwich! Does the restaurant use a homemade bun? Specifically using the hotspot on a smoker with almost no hotspot. You are just trying to drive Jirby mad!😂 You are killing it for a guy who “buys his meat at KMart!”🤣🤣 Keep the videos coming!👍

When resting overnight what was the method? Go to 200 internal then drop temp of the pit?
