As mentioned earlier, I'm presently in TX for the next 2.5-3 years, mainly because of the overpriced housing market in CO (specifically, even "cheaper" Colorado Springs -- compared to Denver or worse, Boulder), but the most pressing factor is the high mortgage interest rates. So while here in TX will be working on my DTI Ratio and building at least some cash assets, so by late 2025/early 2026, I'll be in the best "mortgage-pre-qualifying-position" possible. The only thing that will be a limiting factor will be my income -- but at least it won't be $$-drains such as CC debt or auto loans. -- BR
I am a vet and want to move back home to be with my family, I have cancer,[ which is the reason for the move] but I'm on disability and get a V A pension plus a pension from a job I worked at for 16 yrs, but with all the info your putting out I just don't see me being able to do anything, even with my V A loan where do I go?
@@JenniferBeeston I have a phone call from one of your agents, MS Anderson set for today, but with no real assets I don't think just the V A loan guarantee I would have a hard time finding one near my family out in the country with some land, but I'll keep praying for a miracle, but God bless you for your positive attitude.
