I would add hanging as well. Worked wonders for my shoulder strength and flexibility. Before doing hangs no matter how many push-ups I did I was not strong enough. As soon as I started 30-second hangs I improved 100%
Would it be enough to daily just work out along with this video every single day to get results? Or would you need to do it several times a day, at just 1 minute 20 seconds long? Thanks!
