I don’t think fleet is cancelling down special into up special at the end, we see her use the backflip thing in the air earlier in the trailer and it has the same animation as on the ground. I think it’s just her up special, giving her guaranteed upward movement and then some additional movement by aiming the bow and it shooting her (we see the bow shoot her in 2 directions at least)
Maybe you'll mention it later, in which case my b, but at 0:56 Fleet seems to spot dodge Wrastor's down special. As far as I know spot dodging hasn't been mentioned or shown off before in previous trailers, has it? Could Kragg and the others spot dodge in the closed demo you got to play?
OK wait. 8 wasn't up to date. I literally fucking predicted the grab system. I just knew it was a thing. And I was like. "cool, but how would it be different from smash. What about 2 pummle buttons. And if the enemy press the same he gets out." lol.
They said not everyone will be available on release, but the goal is to have the current full cast of the original game eventually (including the 4 workshop characters). They'd like to include modding and are thinking that through while developing stuff, but said they don't want to make any promises yet.
If I were to keep either Ori or Shovel Knight, I would rather SK because Ori is why Rivals 1 wasn't on PlayStation. I still don't expect for either to return
i think her down special is just a flip kick that shoots the arrow after a sec, but i think her up special is the one that is like ori bash. nice video 👍
15:29 Pretty sure that *is* BAir actually, and they just landed the part of the hitbox that angle flippers behind them. NAir was shown off just before then (it’s almost like a spinny Ness NAir), so then move at the start of the next clip would be FAir (almost like Pit FAir)
Also I think the tornado thing is a unique arrow special (maybe FSpecial) that puts down a trail of purple wind to indicate the range of the tornado’s movement just before it comes out?
13:23 I can tell you this... this is not an Ori Bash. That shit looks to be something more akin to SK Uspecial's sweetspot as opposed to an Ori Bash style of move
It looks like the tornado at 17 minutes in the video is attached to fleets position with a wind tether looking effect. I think it starts where the hit was and then moves towards her

I love no one’s talking about how shit rivals is . Considering it’s tryna be smash which is why this game will never be anything. Should’ve stuck with roa 1 graphics and 8bit style and just change the mechanics.
