I never read synopsis either!! sometimes the first few sentences. i agree they often say too much or give a very different idea of what the book is actually like. you’re gonna love SoK!

I’m cautiously excited for Heir. I loved the first and last book of an Ember in the Ashes but didn’t really like books 2 & 3

@@Elli00blue I'm starting SoK this week! so i really do hope it ends up as a new fave. I'm also going to be cautious about Heir, but my fingers are crossed since I know I love Sabaa's writing!
