I just rode in the coupe version of this yesterday. The acceleration of this car is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced or could even imagine. Fast does not even describe it, it’s simply on another level. The handling and braking are astounding. This is the first car where I actually started thinking “what can I do to financially justify purchasing a $250k car.” Just an incredible machine.

I wanna give a quick suggestion...Could you put GoPros outside the car behind the rear wheel arch and over the exhaust and introduce 3-10 second clips of when you accelerate.. like we would see your reaction inside and then you switch outside to the GoPros and show a couple seconds worth of pull footage :) I really appreciate and would love to know your opinions on this.. I know you've filmed most of your videos, but when the pandemic ends (hopefully....) I'd really like to see it in newer videos.... Thanks!

Doug I kind of like how they limit the number of buttons on the center console ... it gives it a nice clean look. The owners after a few hours would be able to go through the settings on the screen in no time.

I love the pearl white exterior color, especially with those two-tone rims and red interior. Not sure how I feel about the red colored soft-top, but a beautiful looking car nonetheless.

My friend bought his second Turbo S last year. He was on a waiting list forever. He loves the car. I don't want a car that drives me, I want a car I drive. My 2017 M3 Competition (Dinan S2) is bad enough with its electronics, but at least it's rear wheel drive. Manual transmission and no traction control is the way to go, if you not only really like driving but are a good driver. Most of these new cars can't handle their power, without electronics to keep them on the road. Inexperienced drivers love to turn those things off, to show off to their friends. The sad result is often a wreck. Both cars I have raced (Spec MX5 & Formula Continental) have been manuals. The complexity of the driving experience with a manual, and no traction control, actually tests your skill and attention. Buying a Turbo S means you spent a poop load of money on power you can't really use, and probably are not capable of handling. While I have enjoyed the two times I rode with my friend, I absolutely prefer my M3. If I were to buy a Porsche, it would be a GT2 RS.

You are among the top 3 (motoring) presenters in my view. Your style keeps a person interested through out, concentrating on real world interests in a vehicle & you’re thorough. Keep that up.

The Porsche rule: if you’re going to do a track day, get a GT3, if not, get a Turbo.

Fun fact: Doug hasn’t had a haircut in 10 years

In your reviews, Doug, I would like more information, please, about engine features and performance, suspension settings, transmission, etc. Even basics like the drive system. Is four wheel drive available? Rear wheel steering? Tell us about its variable exhaust and performance modes. What size are the wheels? What are the engine options? In your overviews I would prefer more of that info rather than describing every interior dial or button. I recognize you have millions of viewers and seek a happy medium. Thanks, Doug. You’ve got the best job in the world, or at least in the top ten!

I use the back seats for (small) cargo like backpack / laptop / handbags. It's actually very convenience, able to grab it while heading out. (and lot of luxury sport has small "front" trunk with no airco.) And the handle for front trunk is obvious not design to open/close many times, but more for aerodynamic
