How time is finished to charged ?

@@ZEELP I found that it would take as long as 3.5 hours from fully drained. Seemed to depend, but definitely longer than the 2.5 hours advertised in my experiance. -G-Force

I just followed the instructions in the manual which said to just put the SD card in the included reader, and then plug it into your computer, and it'll guide you through the rest. A couple notes: it says that the files will be in MP4, so you need a program on your computer that will be able to run that. Also, I would not recommend using a card larger than 32 gigabytes as sometimes a card that has too much storage can be a problem. Then there's the possibility that you got a lemon for a drone, but I hope not. Hope this helps, I'm honestly not all that tech-y, so I'm learning too! 😃 G-Force

Make sure you formatted the SD card with the included adapter. Just plug it into your computer and follow the instructions in the users manual. Also, make sure that the SD card is not faulty. Otherwise, if you check all that, and pressing the "record" button still isn't working, I would probably just go return it to the store as it could be a software issue on the drone's part. @@g-force2745 1 thing to remember with these cheapies is to always STOP the video recording before turning off the drone - otherwise the video will not be finalized and saved. The old DJI thing of re-install a new battery and the video will finish finalizing DOES NOT work with these! ;-)

Hi @@theoztreecrasher2647 I have not had an issue with that yet. I don't know much about the way it records/saves, but I do know that it does save in 3 minute sections, which seem to be cut and saved while the drone is still running. I'll keep your comment in mind though! Thanks, -G-Force

Personally, I've never taken it much higher then you have. Maybe 60ft, I can't be sure. And yes, the calmer air higher up totally makes for easier flying! Thanks for watching, -G-Force

The mimi se is less than 300 you can even find it for 200 and is a great drone that was my first dji drone and is perfect were you fly

@@g-force2745 The DJI products are top notch for aerial photography (once you have made all the common mistakes crashing this type of cheap toy! 😉) but I find that my old Phantom only gets in the air on a very rare occasion when there is something of special interest to record. Our group of a old mates get more fun bashing around a bunch of cheapie quads, helis and little foamie planes every weekend. You can buy an awful lot of them for the cost of a good DJI and the pucker factor when flying is much less! 😜 I notice that there are a lot of the usual "experts" on here poo-pooing these for youngsters beginning in the hobby. I'm always glad for their kids that they will always have been given a Bugatti Veyron to learn to drive in rather than some crappy little Hyundai. 🤔🤣🤣🤣 Addendum - Nice to see you point out the true origins of this. Practically all the drones etc available in the rest of the world are re-branded Chinese products. (Think Propel, HolyStone, Rage, TopRace, Sonik, Eachine and a hundred others!) The shape of the plastic mouldings (like the transmitter casings) can be a good indication of which factory it came out of since making new moulds for no reason costs money. A reasonable effort young fellah! 👍👍😊

Read the manual. If the flight procedure doesn't work, you likely have a defective drone.

You have to do it manually, there's no remote control for it. Just push it down with your finger before you fly.

Just try it gently. Rotate it downwards.

You just put your finger over the lens, and push/rotate it downward/upward. It is manually adjusted, not remote. Hope this helps, -G-Force

The drone's camera is fairly low resolution, so I just used a standard 32GB micro SD card (Kingston CANVAS Select Plus). It really doesn't matter as long as you first format the card with the included adapter, on your computer. Hope this helps, -G-Force

Haven't tested it. The Eachine E58 is easier to find though, and about the same price, if not a bit cheaper, but other than that, can't say. It IS a bit outdated, and I can guarantee you that it doesn't have Optical Flow. However, some people seem to like it... I really don't know if they are comparable drones, but if anyone else here has something to say, please do speak up! 👍 Thanks for watching, -G-Force

Probably a defective motor (make sure the propeller is not blocked). I would recommend probably just returning it to the store, and getting an exchange 👍 -G-Force

@@g-force2745 A bad or worn out motor is a distinct possibility but the usual fault (which WILL result in a quick demise of these little brushed motors) is fluff around the shafts or grit in the gears. ALWAYS rotate the props by hand before using the drone and clean any that have tight/rough spots. 🙂

Hi there, sorry for the late reply... In the manual for the ASC-2500 there are two QR codes to scan for either Android OS or Apple iOS. On my phone (iPhone 5s) it showed up as an app titled "2000 Series" with the Ascend Aeronautics logo. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching!👍 -G-Force

It's incredibly easy to fly. If you can't get it off the ground, I would say that either the drone... or something else, is defective. lol, 😅

If it checks all the boxes for you then awesome but if you want a really awesome drone at a good price I recommend the DJI mini 2 it's a really capable little drone you really can't go wrong with it

Make sure you've downloaded the "HD Drone" app, then just turn on the drone, enable wifi on your device, and select the right channel. Copied from the manual: PAIRING ASC-2500 TO YOUR COMPATIBLE DEVICE1. After completely charging your ASC-2500 battery, install the battery to your ASC-2500(Refer to the user manual).2. In the Settings menu of your device, locate the Wi-Fi option.3. Turn ON the Wi-Fi option.4. Select the HD DRONE Wi-Fi network. You will be asked for a password. The password is the 8 numbers that are attached to the HD DRONE WiFi network.Enter the numbers to activate your account.Return to the Main Menu -G-force

The drone could be defective then. There should be a little blue light on the bottom near the camera. If it is flashing, or doesn't come on at all, there could be a problem. It should be solid blue when connected. Also, make sure you have a fairly new device to connect to. If you still can't figure it out, I would just return it to wherever you bought it from for an exchange. -G-Force

The blue light is solid. And there's a red light right beside it solid as well. I'm assuming that the password is CT6333RW. But on the side of the drone it actually says it's the model number. But of course it's from China. So they confuse us on purpose. I just keeps coming up can't connect to Wi-Fi try a different password. But I don't see any others.

@@g-force2745 I had 1 and reattached them but my 2nd one (first one took a big wind ride) I'm flying without them and it seems to heavily affect the yaw and its ability to steer for the better with them off.
