Really loving these (mostly) unscripted videos lately, hopefully this can be incorporated in the reviews also! Just feels like you're comfortable speaking to the camera. More power to you Filipino Mat Watson!
@@hansspiedel5256 I know man, to Caco European cars are made from god and the Asian cars are good , no asian car is bad despite all of them have shitty suspension.
Looks-wise I still prefer the last-gen Civic, a lot sportier and aggressive looking, but that's just me. Interior and safety features wise the latest Civic takes the cake over last gen. Adding Honda Sensing to all the variants is a really nice touch which I think is very much needed by Honda to compete with the current wave of Chinese cars in the market. Price-wise still a bit steep for a sedan, for me, but it's still a nice looking car with a lot of much-needed features.
Yeah i agree last gen was better.gnyan nmn civic e..prang un 2005to2008 b un n civic ang pogi sporty look ts un sumunod nging classy kya un d gno pumatok
Personally, me and the missus love the exterior of the previous gen a lot more than this new one. We feel that this looks too formal for us. I however, prefer the interior of this latest gen.
i love this car, got a meteorite grey (sports model) it runs smoothly. it had more than 2300km for only 3 weeks, i realy enjoy driving it and it looks like an Audi A4
Ahhh my favorite segment of cars, the semi-premium compact sedan. Other than the Beluga front of this gen, this car is amazing. This closes the gap with 2021 Mazda 3.
I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments on both the exterior "beluga" design (this was also exactly my same thoughts when first seeing the car in reviews) and the dash grill (while I love the looks) I agree on it being hard to clean. Pricing feels appropriate for me, it definitely competes with the Mazda 3.
exterior wise, the 10th gen beats 11th for me. I love how aggressive the 10th gen looks. It seems that the only differences are the rim size and tft display between the variants, too bad there is no difference with engine power across all variants for the price point of the RS. maybe they made the S and V variants for people who want to add aftermarket pieces.
I mean at that price, I don't think it would hurt them to at least have a charging port at the back. The nose does seem a bit off but overall..imo, it fits with the headlights and gives it a bit of a personality. The rims tho, gotta say... I LOVE IT!.
My favorite car reviewer. Who has enuine knowledge about cars and experienced one. unlike other autovlog/review who only gets the info in the owner's manual and in the internet🤭
I also find it a bit odd that it doesn't have USB ports at the back given that the RS is the "top of the line". It would also be nicer if it's equipped with reverse sensors and a panoramic view (360 degrees) camera since the car is practically bigger than its predecessor.
I was torn between this Civic and the Mazda 3 Sportback. But I only have a budget of a million and a half. The Mazda 3 offers 18in wheels, leatherette seats, 12-speaker Bose sound system, a sunroof, and 5 years of free oil and labour for the mid-variant. So, I went ahead with the Mazda despite me wanting to get a Honda because of F1. Lol
Hi, really love the review! I have the same model and variant and may I ask how you turn off the speed alarm? Mine keeps going off when reaching 85kph. Would really appreciate your help. Thanks!
Man, I love the "raiti's rides" vibe on this review, with matching good cinematography of the car.. keep it up Autodeal.. ♥️ As for the new civic, I love it, It reminds me of the EK SIR, It's simple yet elegant.
I like how caco directing the camera, its new and also detailed.. I also like the new design of 11th gen civic, elegant n sporty with 12 bose speaker. Pambili nlang kulang.
I'm actually planning to buy a Honda civic next month. The 2022 new look is a let down for me compared to the 2020 look. I might just buy the previous generation civic or a city RS
Expensive! Priced in the category of SUVs like the Honda CR-V, Isuzu mu-X, Mitsubishi Montero Sport, Nissan Terra, Toyota Fortuner, and many other more.
Honda Civic Sport here in the US around at least 25000 dollars, I have until this Feb. fully paid my accord and maybe this march on my bday i will get this Civic Sport like RS ... Im a loyal Hondia since 1990 and i have my first car which is honda civic hatchback 1991
I honestly thought this 11th gen would have the same fate as the EU and FB Civics where it dubbed as the "boring" ones. But this is definitely a step up from the previous iteration, both design and performance wise (based on the majority of the car reviewers).
Hi Sir Caco, don't know if you have the chance to read this but. As an owner of a 2003 Nissan Cefiro (A33). Just some corrections on what you mentioned. The engine is not an inline-6 rather it's a V6. And all cefiro's are FWD (Front wheel drive). And the only engine options were a 2.0L and a 3.0L V6. There wasn't any 2.4 engine available. And lastly the VQ20DE engines are designed for smoothness/quietness and not really for power/speed so it's not surprising that a civic can beat the cefiro in outright speed. But anyway, I love these longer/un-scripted reviews. Hope we get to see more of these style in the future!
I’d still opt for a mazda 3 speed for the same price of the rs just bc of over all build quality and styling and has more features for its price point.
I love the car and I love the cinematography of this video. Also, Caco is still the best car reviewer. I almost forgot that I don't have the capacity to buy that car.😅😁
The 9th gen civic interior is the best. But the 11th gen looks more like business class and the prev gen looks sporty and younger. The shrimp tail light is gone 😭 I heard a new electric volvo vehicles are launched in malaysia and will serve the whole ASEAN market from Malaysia thanks to the Volvo Malaysia Hub. Waiting for it to available in ph.
CACO, i see that you're a Red Bull fan... and so am I. haha! nice review btw. I own a 10th gen and I agree that exterior wise, maganda talaga. I saw the 11th gen in person it does look great. Pang mature na nga
This is not the Behind the wheel edit version and yet, Caco is already killing it especially the piano black trim and murder part lol. As for the 11th gen, IMO, the previous gen still looks better. But if you prefer the titos of manila type of car appearance, then this is for you.
When I first saw this 11th Gen Civic earlier this year , I was unimpressed with the design, but it grows in me and I like it more now. I remember having thoughts of hating the RS coz it maybe cool to have a sporty-looking car, but I wouldn't be able to run this car to its capability (due to traffic). Besides, I am more into simple yet elegant car, so I like it more than the previous Gen now. I like it that the piano black were reduced and only placed to the unusual parts that we touch inside the car. I also like the honeycomb design amd for me it really looks amazing. But a good point came out from you and I never thought of it until you said that it really is hard to clean. 😰😅 And one of the best thing is.... the Bose speaker finally arrived in Honda PH.
