I had my doubts when I saw this announced and they showed pictures, but once you have them in hand and on your feet, they look amazing. Glad I picked up a pair.

Purchased today, in hand they are 🔥🔥🔥 best shoe out rn. The blue really pops, good quality nubuck suede and WON’T CREASE. Ima rock these quite often 🎉

As someone who is very nostalgic about the 2017 pair (this was when I got back into sneakers as an adult and I camped out overnight for that pair) I’m fine with this version. Not as good as the leather pair but my 2017 pair is thrashed with most of the blue back panel worn away and holes in the sole due to heel drag lol. Rather just buy these for $190 than pay $300 plus on the resale market for the leather version tbh. Plus at least the suede and nubuck is solid on this pair and not some trash, they are perfectly fine replacement for me

I still don’t understand the whole point of attaching the “reimagined” naming to every pair. We’ve had satin versions too, but those aren’t “reimagined”? Same for the flynits? They gave us a story with the lost and found pair and then the OG retro card and hang tag with the WC3 with a weathered box. Now it feels like they gave up and just gave us a normal GR release with different materials. I own the shoe and I love them, but what happened to attaching a story or theme?

Picked up a pair from exclusive access. They’re nice in hand but I ended up returning them. Blue was a bit too bright for me and I still have my 2017s so really wasn’t a reason to keep them. I did end up hitting on the playoff 8 restock though so Nike still took my money 😂

It’s a shame there isn’t any story telling on these like there was with the lost and found Chicagos. The lost and found felt really special and almost felt like we got a new but vintaged pair of 85s. Probably passing on the Royal reimagined. Dope video as always bro 🔥💯

In all honesty I was never interested in these. I saw them sitting in size 12.5 on Nike and I decided to grab a pair. I have the 2017s rock them once a week. These were too nice on the real to pass up for retail imho. Amazing video as normal this Reimagined version is very worth the effort.

leather cleaner and conditioner removes the glitter. The conditioner stops the glitter from returning

Beautiful shoe. Why are folks crying so much?? Ok, we all know the leather version is best, but the dern thing is called REIMAGINED. To me, the suede gives the shoe a luxury kinda look. It’s smooth.

For me it’s material and price, too expensive and I won’t get enough wear . I have obsidians, royal toe, marina blue, Unc toe, it’s a maybe not necessary for me. It may be good but not great. This won’t age well . If they came in leather I am good. I will wait even if it’s 1 or 2 years eventually leather will be rereleased. There isn’t enough colours on 🎨 for Nike to keep releasing new colours so it’s bound to come soon. For newbies or those without blue aj1 maybe. Pass for me

I feel the same about these as the upcoming "reimagined" black cement 4s: why are we re-inventing the wheel here? Why are we taking these fire a$$ retro colorways and RUINING them with different materials? More is less, jordan brand just needs to keep it simple and give the people what they want.
