another helpful video. Never thought about drinks, but I bet if I not only stopped eating but limited myself to only water 3hr before bed that'd help me. Soda, juice, alcohol all probably force the body to digest while water does not.
On the subject of drinking right before bed: What works well for me is just a single swallow of water before bed. It fulfills that need for drinking right before bed while also not being a significant amount to really mess with my nocturia, which is something I never experienced until the last few years. It's been an adjustment.
