A backflip tutorial would be amazing. I'm 6'4" and have always had a hard time doing any kind of flip, even on a trampoline. I'm in pretty good shape but I always second guess myself on the mechanics and technique. I've had friends try and help me and I've also w watched some videos but they haven't helped much. But you guys have helped me with other movements and form so I have absolute faith you can help me with this too. Love the channel, I've only been subscribed a few weeks but you guys are a new favorite of mine.
The best ab workout out there! With the quarantine, I was really looking for some advanced exercises because I usually train the abs with weights. Thanks a lot
Calisthenic Movement!!! I just want to say thank you for all your videos and tips on body weight exercises and movement along with the mobility work. They have definitely been eye opening and educational to learn about and fun to train on. I vote yes for the tutorial on a backflip. Can there be a tutorial on an aerial as well? I think flips incorporated would be a great cardio/core exercise and you seem to be a great teacher for it. Thanks again!!
Certainly! Make as many tutorials as You can :) As far as I know this is one of the best channels - informations which You provide to us are straight and usefull - no small talks - pure knowledge. Thanks You are doing this that way.
Same here mate. I'm 64yo and tried it for the first time 4 years ago without realising it was an advanced core exercise till I watched a couple of tutorials. Perfect form on first try. So it's become my SHOW OFF move.
...And try these I did! Trying them make me truly figure out how much of a beast you are folks. Very intense exercises indeed, well explained and well demonstrated. I would be eager to practise the explosivity of my core, though i don't know how to backflip. I only know few easy, basic aerial tricks. So if you've got few tips for me, i would certainly give them a try! Tschüss, bis zum nächsten Video!
the second one seems to require least technique but it requires pops.. :( tried doing the last one and i kinda do it but i lack flexibility and technique.
this is a great video with everything perfectly explained. I'm an experienced lifter and I don't say this often, but well done, I wasn't aware of the second exercise, gotta try it out
@@maciuscysterna There is much more to it than that. If you just exhale when going into contraction, you'll often puff your abs out (Due to the compression of your abs combined with sudden air pressure in your lungs, amongst other things) causing bloated abs long term. You also need control over your Transverse Abdominis and other inner Ab muscles, depending on the exercise. In order to pull your Abs in-- in a way very frequently overlooked-- as you breathe out and contract with the exercise. Mastering the classic Ab Vacuum (While not the best exercise by itself) is a good way to learn how to properly contract you TA, allowing better breathing during ab exercises.
Backflip tutorial from you guys would be pure gold. Eagerly looking forward to it. It would be extra special if that back flip tutorial would be followed by more flip tutorials. (Like hand springs, front flips, flair, etc) Thank you.
Backfliptutorial !!!!!!!!! Pleaseeeee. Bitte. Unbedingt. Ihr seid die Besten!!!!! Gebt mir dann eine bis zwei Wochen und ich schicke euch ein "Fan-Backflip-Video" !
I'm curious about this too. I'm considering to get rid of my barbell/squat rack because of the space it takes, and the back squat (mostly for quads) and deadlift (mostly for lower back and hamstrings) seem to be the hardest to replace. I will have dumbells to my disposal, so for squats I'm considering weighted bulgarian split squats. Any tips/video on replacing these 2 exercises with other quality stuff would be great .
Your solution is the resistance bands, you can perform deadlifts with them, using a barbell if you wish, and also use em to load on the split squat, pistol squat...all exercises. the resistance can be as much as you want, just get stronger ones, or use more than one by combining them like using different weight plates. Other no equipment good exercises would be, for quads: elevated shrimp squat, for hamstring/glutes: nordic curl, for lower back: inverted hang leg raises or headstand reverse extension if you dont have a bar. have fun :-)
I have tried using them, but I find it very awkward and hard to measure. I've done pistol squats too, but these will only get you so far strength wise, and doing them weighted doesn't seem ideal either.. which is why I ended up at weighted bulgarian (deficit) split squats. Nordic curls are killer though! The inverted hang leg raise and headstand reverse extension seem interesting, I'll check them out :)
Baristi - Personally I am NOT interested in the backflip. Its just too risky and should be left to fitness or sports professionals. Recently in the news was a 34 years old, reasonably fit guy who broke his neck and died while trying to perform a back flip in front of a group of small kids which included his own two kids.
The quality of your videos is been going up recently! great job guys. love your content. And yes, please on the backflip tutorial. Specifically how to adjust so that one does not land a meter back from where they started (like me) :)
Back flip tutorial would be great! Would be a lot of work before I was ready to try it, but definitely interested in seeing more of the mechanics of it between now and then.
Awesome video! Though i would comment that it was harder to see particular bits of the exercise due to the dark background of the room which matched the color of the bench. I appreciate that you guys are stepping up the game with video production but in this video it was slightly hard to see. Your outdoor locations are always amazing!
