Thank you so much for your videos! I've used them to get from 0 pull ups to 2 pull ups/almost 3 pull ups in 3-4 months. Thank you so much! I wish anyone reading this will achieve their dreams and goals and improve themselves mentally and physically. We'll all get there! Edit: Minor Spelling Edit 2: I can hold the level 3 long lever plank and level 4 fully extended reverse plank.
Ahoj!
I am now at Long lever plank and I'm yet to progress to a harder one I also teach this same principles to my clients and what the heck, they became stronger and firmer than last time! Thanks a lot! 💯😊
The types of planks and reverse planks are essential to not only focus in strength but also stretch and mobility. It’s a combination and it is beneficial to add to different types of workouts
@@baw9218 Exactly. The ab wheel roll with straight legs is very demanding, on the video it's like a walk in the park. Lower back related injuries can also occur with extreme plank variations.
I was able to hold the extended long lever plank for 35 seconds, but it was hard... The superman plank feels impossible right now (I could hold it for ~2 s), so good job to those of you who can hold it 30s and longer! I'm looking forward to my journey to the superman plank! As for the reverse plank, the high extended reverse plank was doable, but I felt like I couldn't push my knees all the way through on the fully extended reverse plank without losing proper form. Let's keep up the good work!
The longest time I've held a regular plank is 2 minutes. I can hold onto a reverse plank for 30 seconds. I never knew about these variations of the plank before, thank you for making this video!
I Love all your Videos ❤. Can you guys make something about Tendon-Strenght Training especialy for Calisthenics? Seems important and very interessting 😊
I have been on your program for a while now, and while I can do the 30s on my elbows, fully extended. I had not tried going to my hands. Darn, that was a lot harder than I thought. Well looks like I have a new training goal.
My level? Level 0. That’s why I’m watching this channel! 😂 Holy hell do I have work to do. But, I love the muscle info. I never realized how the reverse plank could work the rear delta when you take it up a notch. Same with the front long lever plank working lats and pecs. There is body building (one muscle at a time) and then there is building your body! (All muscles working together.)
Out of the types of planks, I’m currently on the long lever plank. I’ve been doing one handed planks (elbow extended like the top of a pushup) and those feel amazing for my obliques and stability work. As for the reverse plank, it’s a new exercise that I will have to try for myself :)
Great video and fun challenge. I did a little better than I thought I could do. I did 30 seconds for both the Extended long lever plank and the high extended reverse plank.
😅 Normal plank for 40 seconds 😂😂😂 It would be a tough choice to choose between winning the body transformation and mobility. Have always wanted the mobility, so useful to help my parents as they're pensioners 😂
Not been able to exercise for a while. This inspired me to give it a try, I did a regular plank for 30 seconds, I shook so much 😅 I guess even 30 seconds a day will help me build up strength 🙌🏼
Increasing time or reps without increasing intensity increase endurance as you said but also strength. You said it doesn't but that's a common mistake. More reps at same intensity do increase strength though is less effective. Anyhow nice detail with Saitama on the background 😅😅😅
I literally cannot find a surface in my apartment with enough friction to stop my toes and fingers slipping before I reach failure. Not even rugs seem to help.
Thanks. I'm 34 years old. I don't wanna change my lifestyle. I am getting belly fat. What exercise should I increase? I'm not willing to change my food, habits.I only would like to exercise more
