@@afrogamer994 MU tecnique on Rings it's easier to understand but not easier to execute. I can do both muscle ups and I found bar ones easier than rings, also I can do 10 bar muscle ups in a row and even a few more but I can only do 6 rings muscle ups that says a lot
@@carlosrodriguezsalazar6294 I can also do both and for me strict bar muscle up without kipping is harder because of the back strength it requires but each person is diferent
Three best BW exercises: for someone at a pretty advanced level of strength at least. A ring muscle-up is no joke for most of us. For mortals: push-ups, ring rows, and some kind of squat.
I would argue that even for advanced levels, I would never abandon basic movements like push-ups, ring rows, and squats since those compound movements are your foundation.
Great channel. At 56 I did my first unassisted, ass to grass pistol squat this morning. Just one each leg and repeat and after months of work it felt fantastic to get there! Hope to be doing 6 each leg by summer. Cheers guys, keep em coming.
As a guy who trains calisthenics i could vouch for these exercises, especially the pistol squat. At my first visit to the gym(i usually train at home) I managed to do 250 kg leg presses at 60 kg bodyweight. Learn this exercises friends. They're all worth it
Tolle Arbeit Jungs! Information 10/10 Ausführungen 10/10 Camera + Cut 10/10 Einzig die Musik finde ich immer eine Spur zu dominant. Danke euch, dass ihr so viele gute Infos gratis zur Verfügung stellt. Keep up the good work.
I have been watching CM for quite a while and love all of the content. Being in my mid 40's it takes longer to achieve some of the moves, but I get closer each day. Yes, you will experience failure and minor injury setbacks. It is inevitable, if you do any sort of athletic activity. Minimizing injury by doing proper warm ups, stretches and progressive exercises that lead to the ultimate goal...are key. My warm up is 15 minutes, but my old ass body needs it! These videos are not only knowledge and technique, but inspiration. After 3years I am still unable to do the planche (getting close though), and that's ok, because it gives me a goal and meantime I get more fit. HSPU Into planche, like Sven, will be my 50th birthday gift to myself...hopefully. Thanks for all your work and effort that go into these vids!
Sebastian Gracki , please ley Ya know when You achieve the plancha, I'M dure You Will get ir soon. I m Stiller triyng, I ' m 6 moths before 50, hace my left shoulder injured, si nos dure ir I Will get ir, butcher what I am sure is IL Will try . Happy birthday un avance.=)
Probably because this channel gives solid and usually scientifically sound advice from certified trainers, as opposed to all the dubious bro science channels out there when it comes to fitness.
Learned some humbling lessons this week, don't push too hard on the rings, it's all about your journey. If you delve too quickly and get cocky (adding some muscle and increasing your rep numbers), you might forget some necessary parts of training like proper warm up, building tendon strength and shoulder stabilization. I pushed my luck bc I was able to do 4x8 ring dips and transitioned to bulgarian dips which I thought I was doing with correct form but after 2 weeks of training with these new moves (especially the bulgarian dips) 5-6 days ago I developed this weird shoulder click which has been both annoying and scaring me that it might be serious. Been waiting like 5 days to train and when I wake up I have pain. Through the day I raise my arm in a wrong way and I have pain. This is the first time I've been injured in 7-8 years. Hoping for speedy and correct recovery. Doing postural work, light scapula and light shoulder rotational work to let some blood flow there without muscle damage. Looking for any info I can gather on recovering a shoulder impingement and other shoulder joint problems.
Wunderful exercises. It gives me a kick. I'm 62 and just started 10 month ago. First trained my muscles and with the rings from october 2017. Already can do a many. Your tubes helps a lot getting the right techniques. My wife thinks Im grazy but I enjoy it. Thanks again guys. Ronald
There’s beginner/other videos from him for a reason. This one says the 3 BEST don’t expect to be able to do the best if you don’t have the skill level to do the best. This should be motivation if you can’t do it
thank u, thank u, thank u guys, awesome video as always, u guys r the best in delivering both great content along with the right approach in my view although I would just love to see a video from u guys as to how to go about training while on injury (I know it's tricky n hope u guys know what I mean) eg: tightness in a certain muscle n not tendons or ligament injuries. thanx again, love ur work n may God bless u both.
Beautiful guys! I am just starting to work with rings again and I love the face that you present 3 "simple" exercises to train the whole body. Currently doing abs, pull ups/chin ups and dips on the rings but if I will get the chance to hang my rings that high, I wanna start the 360° pull. I guess I can do a ring muscle up with my legs bent, because I don't have so much height to hang my rings at the moment.
