I'm not sure that his description of alleles is correct. Alleles reference the variation of a gene as present on either one chromosome or two.

FYI: This course introduces 3 Rs in DNA and how they can be applied in cancer treatment. So it's more than an simple introductory to DNA double-helix structure or central dogma.

The guy REALLY needs to get some video animation and NOT invoke superman.
