@@netwonc no. firstly it depends on the cancer type, you can live with mild forms for years for some types, but others kill you if left untreated in days. Secondly, most cancer treatments that are treated in hospitals are monitored closely, and they do come with risks, but leaving cancer alone that is going to kill you anyway... You actually have more chances with the treatment then leaving it alone. My own mother just had treatment for cancer in Jan, and is fine. 8 weeks later and she is walking around fine. No cancer signs at all, they got it early and they got it good. Meanwhile her sister and mother had the same type of cancer, no treatment was offered in my grandmother's day so she died. And my aunt died despite treatment as she was too far gone. the only type of cancer treatment that kills you flat out are the kinds that aren't being regulated. Like eating apple seeds and so fourth, they are poison. The main thing to remember is there is no difference between normal cells and cancer cells except that the cancer cells have a random mutation that makes them multiply out of control. So you can't normally target them specifically and the body will even protect these cells because to it, its just a normal cell like any non-cancer one. The rumours cancer cells are more acidic or whatever is not even true before of it. and these are many types and variations to boot so each needs to be treated differently. Chemotherapy is often these days a last resort for this reason and saved for extreme cases. In the last 40 years we now have different treatments and people are surviving cancer more and more.

I don't believe humans are design to stay in ketosis for a lifetime, specially those whose gens perhaps favored the metabolism of glucose rather than fat. In my case, I did therapeutic ketosis for 4 months to successfully treat IR and my epilepsy. However I did a clean version of a meditarrean keto diet, I included unlimited vegetables and eat fruits (yes even sugary fruits such as bananas and mangoes) as dessert. I combined them with monosaturated fats and some saturated fat (to add flavor and calories) I managed to stay in ketosis with a glucose level of 120 after a moderate carb meal. Meaning there's way to do a healthy keto diet without weight loss muscle loss and a rise in colesterol, the only issue I found was eating out with friends. I now do 1 period of ketosis a year, and I mostly stay now between a very low carb diet and I would occasionally increase my carb intake around Christmas

Take my words with a grain of salt as this is a high school biology answer, all water has an acidity and you drinking acidic water will do no harm to you because it doesn't stay in your system long enough to do damage. To add to that, if you lower your blood sugar drastically (which is shown to happen in a ketogenic state), you lower the presence of insulin in your body, which in turn reduces the amount of IGF1 which is what causes cancer cells to proliferate. Also, the guy in this video didnt explain that cancer cells cannot use ketones for energy, unlike healthy cells. Therefore, ketosis reduces blood sugar levels, which reduces IGF-1, which reduces cancer cell proliferation and growth and depletes the energy source cancer cells need to thrive.
