This video was exactly what I needed, I have personally stopped overcomplicating my day, so instead of forcing myself in to a routine and forcing myself to pursue my old hobbies, I do what I enjoyed doing more recently e.g journaling.

Definitely! Good job! Routines don't work for everyone, or past routines may not be the best for right now. I also had to stop trying to follow other people's ideas of the "right routines" and instead follow my own daily instincts. Some habits make me happy, like making my bed every morning. But some days if I stay in my pj's and just read a book all day, that's good too! I am not accepting anyone's judgement anymore!

Me and my sister go on a walk every morning (2 meters away from everyone else) and express everything we think in that moment - from the stupid to the insightful. In any way, it will always make me feel better. Sometimes we even put on a voice note to remember all the crazy shit we said, always hold onto those memories.

😂"Go eat some noodles" that bit of the fight was hilarious... this is the first time I've watched any of your vids, it put me in such a great mood. I love the way you edit and express yourself. I can't go for a walk or a run but my building does have a rooftop {I've thought about running around in the parking lot but I'm shy to}. I try and watch the sunrise every morning but it's been cloudy for a the past couple of days. The moons been full and its a grat sight to see when it peeks through. When it comes to being productive and working out I've been more off than on. Lockdown laziness 🙈 whilst I was in uni I would wish for time to catch up and work on being ahead. As well as to work on my creative endevours. Now that I have the time.. I'm just binge watching stuff. I did start my youtube channel. It's in the crappy stages right now.
