Money routines built on good financial habits and an awareness of your own financial goals are the key to being "good with money". I don't necessarily make the most, save the most OR invest the most... but the routine that I can fall back on is what saves me every month.
This is a routine that I fall back on even if I overspent and blew my budget. It's because it's a routine that can change for my habits and goals. These steps can be taken by ANYONE and some of them are core to good money management (like tracking your spending!).
Some of these steps can be replaced or even automated by apps, systems or cool spreadsheets. Take it one by one and incorporate some of these into your routine over time, and see if your anxiety with money lessens 💌
