Fallout 76 public events are a nightmare on PC thanks to hackers that like to shower everything in explosions to show how big their PP is, get ready to be earraped and miss out on all the loot. So much for the damage nerf.
Good thing that I never bought this game. I have taken some conclusions from Fallout 4, especially Nuka World DLC were the game was just crashing nonstop, that made a Cyberpunk 2077 game of the year quality on PS4.
Damage nerf sucks and should be reversed. Only PC bots have this problem because they can't control themselves and hack nonsensical weapons into the game
