For those curious, Super stims in f2 give health, then after a few minutes will take 3 hp followed by 6 hp in another few minutes. This effect clearly stacks
Frank was like "OH hey guurl, we start from some drinks and now all those needles you put in my body? This is perfect date, I love it... oh wait...crap!"
It's actually crucial to maintain a decent rhythm because of the debuff timer. Every time you give him a super stim it heals him 75 hp and limiter bashes his health, but after 1 minute it takes away 3 and then another 6 after 2 minutes for a total of -9hp per stim, and of course the effects stack on a rolling timer. So each stimpak application after 1 minute slingshots his health back up 75hp and hits the 999 limit again, canceling out the 3hp of damage the previous one dealt. Therefore the first minute is imperative to give him as many stims as possible to beat the buffs canceling out the debuffs. It is nearly impossible to give him the required 111 stimpaks in 1 minute unless you have impeccable speed and timing (or an autoclicker) so it is necessary to use more than just the bare minimum number.
most interesting way to get frank Horrigan. never thought of that, and it was done quite peacefully. I use the bozar when I figured out how good that was
That's fucking great! This type of creative fucking around is what I loved about fallout 1 and 2 (and tactics to a lesser extent). I had a friend kill the slavers in the den by planting explosives on a child then punting him into the room with a drug addled crotch kick
Superstimpak heals a lof of HP but after few minutes deals some damage to user. Here all those SS after apllied to healthy target - Frank dont heal nothing but after a while every one takes some HP from Horrigan and his life goes down to 0 points = dead
@@CheekyLad_ he committed suicide. Some of his post in the last few months before he deleted his channel were a bit worrying but one day he just deleted his channel. Some people asked where he went but no one knew but one day he reached out to father elijaical on a burner account and said he was going to commit suicide. Fast forward a few days and he made a bomb threat then killed himself. As far as I'm aware there wasn't a bomb
@@CheekyLad_ He took his own life after a livestream he uploaded to an alternate channel a few days ago. He sounded very distraught over some things that happened in the past because of his time in the military that have been haunting him. I don't know if his sudden downward spiral was connected to his youtube channel or all the drama, but it probably didn't help. He made specific accusations against a list of people related to his past experiences. His final livestreams are on a channel called "Canandaigua VA Medical Center."
@@TactaGhoul But do we know for sure he actually committed suicide? Saying he will is one thing, actually doing it is another thing entirely. I just don’t want to believe he’s actually gone because I really respected the dude and what he did for Fallout 2
@@navarroboi Right after the stream, he was reported to the local police and a lockdown was issued at the Rochester NY General Hospital which he made perceived threats against. From the story I read the police traced the stream to his house and found a man matching his description deceased with some sort of rigged gun which he described shortly before. So it's not 100% confirmed to be him yet but it's extremely likely, unless he found a body double and faked his death or something.
