As a mortgage broker I could not believe their explanation/ attempt at convincing their audience that they were wronged in the situation. Startling to say the least 😂

The explanation of them not caring about the ace family is my same explanation to my family when I bring up anything kardashian related 😂😂😂 like I know kylie is pregnant but I don’t care but I’m still gonna bring it up but like I’m not losing sleep over it 😂😂😂😂

Let's not forget that they claim the lender screwed them by giving them a loan that had to be paid back in full after 18-24 months and the $70K they paid monthly was INTEREST ONLY. They knew exactly what they were getting into. They just made bad decisions and didn't have that balloon payment once it was up. THAT'S WHY the lack of occupancy certificates matters and nobody will finance them. They want us to feel bad for them because they made bad choices. Not going to happen 🤷‍♀️

The ace family will never ever be poor. Point. Blank. Period. They will never be in the same boat as some of us. I don't feel bad because the amount of passive income they have will ALWAYS give them a roof over their head and food in their families bellies. I'm so close to being homeless it's a constant fear. Ace family will always be more than fine even if they file bankruptcy they'll be fine.

This DUO is the best loving all ur podcasts. BTW what happened to the ACE Family is a good learning experience for ppl to see what happens when money, fame, and greed gets to ur head. They are still and prob will always be in denial and blame others bc they will never take accountability, but to each their own.

The only reason anyone should care about the situation with the ACE family is because they admitted to living in unliveable conditions with CHILDREN They are known to do things with their children that would get them taken away from any ‘normal’ people. Other than the children well being - no one should care.

Hearing Laura say how refreshed she would be to just take a bloody WEEKEND off without doing any work whatsoever saddened me. Girl take your weekend off! Take all weekends off! You deserve it. I wasn't your fan to be honest and I actually discovered you while dramageddon was happening and then I just didn't vibe with you, but I got to see bits and pieces of your personality throughout these years and well fell in love with both of you.
