A group of schoolchildren decided to make a James Bond film in the early 1970s using nothing but a 8mm camera and access to some of Newport's finest locations, like the Transporter Bridge. They asked 'Cubby' Broccoli for permission to make a pastiche of the franchise and he agreed - giving them their license to film... Hamish Auskerry reports.
