Same here, I have some 80VG in it now on the .4 coil at 45w and its performing great without the mentioned rubber taste.

you guys didnt notice. he was running a .2 ohm coil at 100 watts. i think its rates at max 70. that could be why it dry hits with high vg juice and also why its tasting funny.

same here I use milkman buy one hit wonder 80 vg and it do just fine and flavor is excellent definitely don't taste the rubber bands

i have had the weird taste. I.M.O. aspire coils have a distinct quality to the flavor. grimm is probably interpreting it to be weird bc he likely uses multiple attys all the time and can notice how a familiar juice may be affected by the coil he's using. i also feel the atlantis and triton coils have their own distinct quality to them but its more noticeable on the cleito. i always just chalked it up to, "that's how aspire sub ohm coils taste" because i use a lot of different attys and i can really pick it out but if its your all day vape one might not notice that there's anything strange about the taste. because the taste isn't bad its just i can tell im vaping on aspire coils its just distinct. again just a faceless man's opinion, dont want to offend.

I use 85/15 and it works flawless on the .4 for me at 60w's

I've used 50/50 Juice, 70/30 Juice even 80/20 Juice & still never had any problems with mine.

I make my own juice about 75/25 and It does not leak, it give little to no spit back which has been almost every tank I vaped. Grim sure bitches a lot. This is a nice tank. plus what rubber band flavor?

Bill Davis I just got mine. I get a weird flavour, but I can't tell if that's just the juice I'm using. Since its a new juice to me "Vampire Vape Heisenberg" a UK brand. I put some "Far Candy Punch" in there the taste was still there for a full tank of that, but I can't tell if it was just flavour bleed or not. Since I imagine with the massive amounts of cotton in this thing, the juice won't just come through, out, and onto the next flavour that quickly. Overall, coming from the Vapresso Target Pro, I'd rate this as a better tank. I've so far had 80/20 in here and it's been literally flawless. The guy I know quite well in my local Vape store says he had 100% VG in this tank with no problems. Infact he recommended this cheap tank to me over more expensive ones on the condition that I was looking for a tank that could take any juice. Also the "Far Candy Punch" eJuice is quite vicious compared to most 80/20 juices I've came across as it's quite sweet as the name suggests. It serves my needs and I'd give it a 8.5/10 and I'm yet to really try anything I would give a 9 or 10 to. Need to try some more eJuices on a new coil to see if that weird flavour was just from the juice or the coils/tank as Grimm suggests.

de cNile You will never be able to completely rid a coil of flavor. No matter what you do, if you use one flavor, then switch to another with the same coil, you will get flavour bleed for sure. From my experience anyway.

Can't recommend this tank enough. I did have one or two coils that tasted bad but got better after a few tanks. Had 3 packs since and all coils were fine. The stainless steel coils are also great although better in power mode than temp control. The 0.4 coils seem to be a lot better with the tank than the 0.2's. The new rebuildable section is great but I advise getting the larger custom glass to allow more room for liquid although not needed unless you build some serious double claptons then you get less draws than a dripper ...never used less than 70 vg with it never had leaking or spitback but a very clean vape no gurgling or irregular sound just pure airflow and flavour and good burn. I'd suggest closing off the airflow before opening the top to prevent back pressure flooding or leaks maybe but not needed with high vg. Far better than crown or kanger or tfv4 imo great design.

I ended up getting a Cerabis and a Crius UBS for rebuilding. The Cerabis is great; it has a "off mode" where you slide it down and it closes off everything so you can be sure it will never leak if you put it in your pocket or leave it on its side. Not buying any Aspire bullshit until they can prove to me they have made the tank 100% leak proof. The Triton leaked so bad it destroyed my mod. Dunno how they could have fell off so much from the Atlantis...That one is still great, never leaks.

+surgeyX grats on cerebus I ordered a smok tvf4 RDTA think it has a similar lock system and you can also change your build or rewick without removing the liquid. Got the 213 sigelei mod to use it with its awesome so far at the same wattage I used my eleaf 50 watt it's a different vape with the preheat and guess the eleaf just lost power over the years..

I just checked it out -- that looks so cool. I love how they have so many different coils to offer. Also I really like that dual layer drip tip too. I can't see rebuilding on something that small though. I used the Triton RTA for quite some time and it is such a pain in the ass...Took me a few weeks to get it down to be able to do 5-10 minute perfect builds but it still is very cumbersome. I am still rocking an iStick 50...Fucking PoS! Since the Triton leaked all over it, the fire button barely works. I tried everything to fix it...Took it apart, cleaned it, dried it with a hairdryer, etc. but it's still messed up. My backup is the iStick 40 TC...Only does Ni coils for temp control though. I still have yet to really get into temp control tech. Maybe when my iStick 50 finally stops working for good I'll get a mod like the Sigelei where you can program the temp control curve into it so it will work with any coil material.
