It's breathless. They're just awesome. The rythm fits so nice with the songs, and their voice is so great that I can barely describe it. Hadn't heard of them until now, but I guess I'm kinda their fan now. Haha.

they do that all the time- it's their trademark intro! altogether, including their album, and other performances, they have come up with over 54 songs! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRULY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
Well they didnt write it :p They just took an existing song and changed lyrics. Doesnt really qualify as "writing a song" in my book, no matter how good/bad it is :)
IMHO the best version is the UK Comic Relief 2011 performance: they performed to a shattered charity audience on their UK debut(?) at about one a.m. almost unnoticed, even by the people present, but it was honed so well it was like a Penn and Teller magic act.
We had to listen to this at the music college i go to cause we were talkign about chord progressions and how you only need 4 chords to write a song. They are a awesome comedy band that was soo clever loove it!!

For anyone that wants to the know what chords are being played, it's E-B-C#-A or you can think of it as the I-V-vi-IV in E major. Of course, you can play these chords in any key. Definitely used a lot in popular music :)
well, if the cap is at the 4th fret, you are playing the exact chord sequence that this video uses, congratulations you can now become a popstar... lol
I've listened to this so many times that on my road trip to California I sung it the whole thing in the car. My family were very irritated and slightly amused. :P
@RandomVisiter He is playing the piano for the whole time. If you look back, Lee is playing guitar for that part. That's why it may seem to that Benny isn't really playing, but he is.
pop music may not be original now, but it was once. and you cannot deny it was once what opened everybody's eyes to the love for music. haha. i loved this though. axis of awesome ARE awesome !
