..I'm reading the comments, and although we know Debbie sings lead (and Susannah's giving ALL the 'bedroom eyes'(2:37)), I'm loving the respect People are giving to MICHAEL STEELE!! (1:22) ...She is missed, but she remains in the finished product(s)....a CLASSIC 'California Girl' Band, and....80's LEGENDS!!

I was at this concert at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. They finished the regular show (which I think Vickie said was a homecoming because they were from Santa Monica I believe) and then they told us that they were going to film a music video. They danced and lip synched through the song; it was fun. Always enjoyed these 4 ladies that could write and sing and rock their instruments.

Pure talent. Why are they not in the rock and roll hall of fame?

It's telling how the video editor kept going back again, and again, and again (near the end) to Susanna Hoffs' face and her "come hither" glance that promised a wealth of earthly delights.

Michael Steele looks really great here. Her hair & makeup were on point. Susanna & Vicki were conventionally the prettier of the group but they all had really good features which I think is why, aside from their obvious musical talents, they were as successful as they were.

Bangles songs are short but HOT pieces of history.

Debbie has a beautiful voice, she sings like Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac. If you put both of them in a room, ask them to sing, it would hard to tell the difference. Debbie should have sung more.

Seeing and hearing this song video today - even today, I am deeply saddened and troubled, because we don't hear and see such greatness as the world once knew in these California Girls. . .and yes, when *The Bangles* were at the top of their game, as they were here, Life was not exactly "kind or fair" to the rest of the Pop & New Wave Music Industries, worldwide.Thisss was *The Bangles* time in history, and no Boy Band upon earth could fairly match or compete with these girls majesty and musical genius!

Such a great band, I really like the way they allow each other to be in the "spot light" and let that one member shine above the others for each particular song, such great team work.

This is the one video where they really allowed their hotness to shine. Susanna in that black skirt was next level. This was a good old fashioned party song with 4 beautiful hot woman providing the soundtrack! Would have loved to be at that concert!

I love this video. First, Debbi has the most melifluous voice of the four. On the album "Doll Revolution", her song "Ask Me No Questions" is absolutely beautiful (she first sung it during the Bangles breakup in the 90s with Siobhan Maher with whom she formed the duo "Kindred Spirit"). Vicki has the irreverant rocker voice. Michael has that haunting sultry voice. And Susanna has that sweet and sexy, girly voice. They all sing great. And even though it sounds superficial, in this video, the producers made sure that all four looked absolutely beautiful, and no one stood out over the others. The Susanna crushes (me included), the Michael admirers, the Debbi lovers, and the Vicki followers all had their satisfaction of seeing their favorite at their most stunning moment.

This video is the best thing on RU-vid. 100% quality. I can’t get enough of it. I would do anything to experience this is person.

Today's youth should take note and study The Bangles and their music carefully, because there has never been anyone as talented as them since their time, nor can any other group match their iconic artistic abilities and harmonies ever again.

Most underrated song ever...

"Going Down To Liverpool" is the most iconic song ever. "Walk Like An...." maybe their most famous but it is not the samething.

Killer track from the oh-so-underrated EVERYTHING album. It's a shame that this single wasn't really successful. Those days were the beginning of the end for this greatest female rock band.
