Hey, I'm a new subscriber, I've been doing intermittent fasting for about 6 months and your videos and dieting have helped me loose more than 70 pounds in that 6 month time period. my goal is to loose 100 pounds total, which would classify me as no longer being overweight, so I still have a long way to go. my muscle mass have increased a lot, very noticeably, I'm afraid that protean shakes might make me gain body fat rather than muscle, what are your takes on that? should I wait until I'm at my goal weight until I start worrying about protean shakes and muscle gains? kind regards Simon, thank your for the great content.
Hi, that is an amazing accomplishment! 70lbs in 6 months is not easy to do--congrats! Protein is vital for muscle building and recovery/repair. Protein shakes will only make you gain body fat if it is in excess to what you're already consuming. They should solely be used as a supplement. If you feel like you are getting enough protein from your diet, then there's no need reason to add protein shakes unless you're someone who's trying to put on weight. We hope this makes sense!

Awesome workout! I thought only doing 15 min cause I got home late and exhausted. But your energy guys! I finished the 30 min! Lost count of the rounds after 5. Had to scale the push ups (did them on my knees) and also used lighter weights on the second part.
I just found you guys this week. I had my first workout with the upper body dumbbell on Tuesday and I was sore for the next couple of days. Really sore 😂 😂 I may or may not have pushed myself to the extreme. Anyway, today I did your 50 minutes full body dumbbells and I can tell I am going to be hurting tomorrow. Thank you for doing this video! I've been doing your workouts for about the past 2wks as an add-on to my other workouts and I am ALWAYS challenged! I've even told many of my friends to follow you guys. I'm a pescatarian who not always gets in a sufficient amount of protein which is obv needed after one of your workouts, so this video helps tremendously! You guys are so cute...keep up the great work, you're inspiring many!!

I found the additives to be mostly sucralose (which I hate). I had to go online to find a brand that didn’t include fake sugars. I ended up finding a whey protein with only 3 ingredients that used coconut sugar for the sweetener. It’s actually the same brand they show here. I’ll have to check out the naked shake kind! I think the regular kind is fine if you’re using a blender

Finally found a trainer w the same height! I’m 5’10 202 w a dad bod. So I have so work to do! I’m a truck driver so it’s hard to get a good work out but I eat right on the road. It’s been a struggle to lose these last 10lbs

lol, I love this both of the recipes look great. But my 2 year old daughter was smacking her lips at the frozen berries Juice used. Going to get her some blueberries. She also said "wow when Juice was blending his shake!" lol She has never been excited about a smoothie before. Maybe I can get her to eat one. Great marketing for nake shake will 4 sure get some. The strawberry banana is sold out already!!

It looks very yummy. Do you recommend this protein shake for people who just started their weight loss journey like me? Ok on have so far lost about 26-30 lbs this year and still have a lot to learn. Also I work out after work, which means I eat a little late, like around 7pm, should a smoothie be better to eat for dinner verses real food at that time? By the way I just ordered my mines in the PB/BB flavor.
Congrats on your success, thats awesome! As we stated in the video, protein shakes are completely supplemental- so if you aren't getting the protein through your diet- you can get it easily through the shake! Or for time/convenience as well! You'll love the PB/BB!!

I do intermittent fasting and I know I don't consume enough protein. I workout in the mornings about 5 days a week. I'm looking to lose weight. I do use weights at least 3 times a week. Will I need to get in at least 2 shakes a day? Meal replacement? Thanks! Love your videos!
If you feel like you’re not getting enough protein throughout the day then supplementation is your best bet-even if it is a few times per day. I do about 1-2 shakes a day depending on my workouts, schedule, etc. 👍 Thanks for your support and glad you’re enjoying the content! -Juice
I just started my weight loss journey, last Monday I weighed 220 at 5'7 1/2, a week later I'm 216. I bought Naturade Chocolate flavor protein powder because it was on sale. Nasty and didn't liquify and was very clumpy and powdery upon taste. So I'm on Premier but Atkins taste better but it has less protein.
Hey i know this video is old but i want to ask that if we use that protein and stop using it later and start eating normally again will you gain weight again like before ???
