All the movie batmobiles licensed to use in the game are protected by image rights, so Rocksteady was noy allowed to modify them or transform into the tank battle mode. But this is a mod, and is free of all those conventions.

The 8K battle damaged version could have been removed for maintenance or updates, I'm not sure but Kyle is the mod creator, and that link we have in the description is where you are able to download the mod for sure. This video was being worked on weeks ago

He hops into the car as the rooftop opens up. It's all originally animated. You can see the battle mode function in this video as well where the car is capable of opening the roof to allow the Machine Gun to eject out of the backseat
