The main difference is that the Gibb brothers' accent had some "Scouse"-like element added in their accent, and that is because they were actually born in the Isle of Man, which has some Scouse influences on the way people speak. However, their parents were Mancs (not Manx) and they were raised in Manchester, so they are primarily Mancs. The Gallagher brothers, on the other hand, sounded like total Mancs, and their parents were Irish.
