Bee Gees interviewed on the UK show "This morning" in 1998 about their new song "I could not love you more" and their upcoming world tour, (One night only) Apologise for mono sound and picture quality.
Bee Gees sing the best love songs, hands down. Their songs are full of emotion and feelings which make them even more romantic and heartfelt. Love the Bee Gees so much.
BeeGeeS accomplished way more than the beatles. 40 hits songs, 220 million album sales, mounds of awards, 6 songs in the top ten at the same time, hey, thats totally awesome, wrote songs for over 25 other singers, hey, what can I say, they're the supreme best !!!!!!!!!!!! and Barry is a hunk! yummmm
@@eddielasowsky7777 The Beatles have NOT out sold the Bee Gees....The Beatles SUCKED ASS!! Their music SUCKED TOO!! People went crazy about the Beatles because their manager and record company hyped them up but if you actually listen to them....they CAN NOT sing. By the way everyone is entitled to their own opinions and calling someone a moron because they don't share your same views on musical groups isn't very mature....it's actually very childish!!!!
Always loved the Bee Gees growing up and still do today...5 decades of writing and singing...even writing 11 songs for other artists that also became hits...no other group has the talent that the brother Gibbs had...even younger brother Andy had top hit songs...in all the interviews they are so genuine so humorous...beautiful loving men also gorgeous...the Bee Gees music will live on forever...
The harmonies these three brothers make is just incredible and completely unique to them. Sad to know there will never be any more music from them. RIP, Maurice and Robin, Andy as well!
I like to see the bee gees in interviews they can be silly and funny I like to hear them joke around and laugh and there accents in there voice's🤗🤗🤗they are absolutely amazing singers🤗🤗🤗the bee gees are my favorite band🤗🤗🤗
Arif Mardin when asked about the falsetto said " Everyone always credits me for that, but he was already singing it, I just told him to keep doing it, a humble producer indeed.
The Beatles were their inspiration when they started to sing and that lasted throughout their career. But although they sang some Beatles-songs, they never stepped too far from their own kind of music. There was influence, but they never copied the Beatles.
@@kthor 🙄 We can’t talk to her, but now she can talk about us? Why did she mention us? Hypocrite. As for the “good son” thing you could tell you-know-who “Who did Barbara live with?” She lived with Barry, right?
i feel so gutted when i watch this....what a sad loss to the music world....r.i.p. Robin & Maurice...and of course little brother Andy - Barry must be lost without them....all such musical, talented guys.....i love the Bee Gees - always have!
Ils sont merveilleux, inégalables. 3 frères tellement sympathiques en toutes circonstances. Ils reflètent l’amour et c’est très beau. Leur talent est immense. ❤️❤️❤️
Sure, the Beatles were good (and in my honest opinion quite overrated) but I much prefer The Bee Gees! Amazing songwriters, perfect harmonies, totally lovable personalities and obviously very handsome, and were always able to reinvent themselves over and over as the decades rolled on (something the Beatles don’t have on them!). I’m always happy to brag about The Bee Gees being my favourite band!
Yep. Beatles overrated. Bee Gees were superb at reinventing themselves. But more than that, they did whatever music they did at any time and it was theirs.
That's so true, their interview on Parkinson in 2001 was really funny, I still don't understand this obsession with praising the Beatles so much, they were the first so what, Thee Bee Gees are far superior to the Beatles!
Oooo, more Robin to adore! How I love watching Robin - talking, singing, sitting and saying nothing - whatever he's doing the Robin weapons of mass gorgeous are still blasting my heart into oblivion. Love!!! x

Thank you Daniel for sharing this wonderful posting.really enjoyed it.i just loved them.and so proud of Barry.big hug Barry from England.south West Country.
It is quite unsettling to think that had Arif Mardin not asked for some high pitched screaming ad libs on the Nights on Broadway song The Bee Gees might have been a very different group, and only God knows what Saturday Night Fever would have been like.
Well now .... I just happen to turn to a radio station, in the Philadelphia, PA area, that I normally don't listen to. Beginning June 1st, there will be a 'Summer with the Bee Gees.'
I don't subscribe to SiriusXM, but recently read for those who do or are interested in them getting a Bee Gees channel....that there was a form or something subscribers could submit online & if enough interest, then Sirius would consider it.
@cybaker1982 They played in Sydney and I believe were the first to play at the new Sydney stadium, they also played at Wembley in England, Argentina and South Africa, I may of missed one or two but they are the ones I remember, there are some videos on You tube of performances from the Sydney concert.
@@raymondnguyen5813 These brothers are too nice to do that. They only did that to Clive Owen because it seemed he was attacking them intentionally. Barry held his temper as long as he could, but got fed up when Clive wouldn't stop. Robin, and then Maurice followed. These brothers are always so respective, they didn't deserve to be treated that way.
I just love our Redcliffe lads.. true Aussies. Very natural and unassuming. Fun and natural brothers taking the mickey out but remaining mates. Beatles.. who are they?
Incredible!! Thank you so much for sharing this!!! In the US we were lucky to have this album earlier, I believe it came out late April/early May of '97. Their One Night Only concert in Las Vegas was during the summer of '97...did they play at any other venues then?
All you youngsters need to be reminded - it all began with the Beatles - a whole massive change in our society. Before that era people were referred to as Adults or Children. The word Teenager evolved around this time. It was liberating! The Bee Gees themselves tell us how influenced they were by them. You have know idea, the anticipation that would build, up waiting for the release of their upcoming albums. We would all pile in one car, and head to the coast, and wait to hear it on the radio.
What's with that host's obsession with them being rich? He mentions twice how much money they have. If you know anything about the Bee Gees, you know they were very modest about that subject and said multiple times that it was never about the money for them.
To the person who said, "if I'm on my deathbed, I want to hear Bohemian Rhapsody and Words one last time": YES! I'm right there with ya, bro! Absolutely! I was just talking to my husband this evening about how overrated the Beatles are and we finally came to the conclusion that the teenagers who grew up on the Beatles' music have such an affinity for their songs because that was the time when teenagers started rebelling against their parents and authority figures and this was a fond memory for them, and the Beatles helped facilitate that societal change. Allmayful talks about how liberating it all felt - again, this was a positive emotion / positive experience that the teenagers of that era associate with this music so naturally they're going to have an affinity for the music because the music reminds them of a happy memory. I do the same thing with the music of the early 70's.
in the middle of the interview they talk about everyone competing to be the same. The plan worked, and now, music is terrible. Bring back those, (as the Bee Gee's were and their music still resonates) With exceptional musical prowess and lets get back to the spectacular fan fair of music. This new music is terrible.
I know its sad to only be left with Barry as the only surviving brother and I wish all his three brothers were still alive and well today and every day all the time 😭😩😢😪🤧💘💔💕❤️
Wow, that’s hurtful. What you said bounces off him and sticks to you. It’s not a shame we’re left with Barry. I, for one, feel very grateful that we’re left with him. It would be such a tragedy if we weren’t. His goodness as a person, his extraordinary songwriting and singing and leader of men talent, his soul, his kindness, his generousness, his giggle, his sex appeal, his contribution to the musical world and the world, in general. He’s actually the best among them. The only shit is some small person who called him that, and has that attitude. Ooh. I’ll scrape you off my shoe. You stink.
