Thanks for the review. I wasn't expecting this to be more than a variation on John Wick, but might go see it anyway. I have a bit of a soft spot for Statham, as he can act: Snatch & The Bank Job are films that prove this. He's also brilliant at deadpan comedy, and was the best thing in Melissa Mccarthy's SPY film... Okay, not a high bar. Would love to see him do more comedy, although since the FF movies descended into farce I suppose he did some there ( I enjoyed Hobbs and Shaw, because it was so unapologetically ridiculous). Cheers.

Movie was a ton of fun for what it is. The Beekeeper feels like Wick in terms of some action, but he's more relatable only because of WHY he's killing these people. Hey you rob an old woman of her life savings, you DESERVE to die lol. The plot is simple, she offs herself, he gets revenge, and stay the fuck out of his way! I am happy that besides myself and Darkhour, I keep seeing positive reviews on this film. It's a January action film, we don't need a god dam complex plot, nor would we want it. As much as I loved Wick 4, it IS pretty silly compared to Wick 1-3 and this. Statham isn't jumping out of 8 story buildings and using Dragon Breath Shotgun rounds. But hot dam Statham doesn't slow down, it's got funny ass puns and it's the popcorn flick I needed to start 2024. I saw it in Imax and had a Honey off a good time :) Oh and Jeremy Irons being the "hype man" was god dam epic

Went and saw this in the theater with my two sons and my wife. This review is on point. You're going to see an action flick. It is delivered to you. 100% enjoyable. My wife was sad: "So they make action movies again... so what about my chick flicks?"

Great video and review. First video of yours I've seen and it makes me wish I had started following your channel sooner. I loved the action but my God that plot was something. But I just turn on my monkey brain, watch him smack the crap outta people, and enjoy
