Great video, and good advice on the lacing. Explains a lot on why my kilties used to droop before I switched how I lace them. I have a number of your kilties in my boots now and love how they look and make my boots fit better.

I want to thank you for making me make a spontaneous purchase off your website lol. Just picked up the blind Kilties in black CXL. Figure I can use them on my Black 8084 Iron rangers and my Thursday captains in brown. They’re more of a brown’sh burgundy tone. Colors should compliment them selves well.
Hey Dale, thanks for the video. How do you think some of the hidden in waxed flesh that you have would look on black cxl brass boots? I have never tried kill ties but don’t want to wear through the tounge.

I do have brown nut Dublin which would compliment them nicely but I don’t have any matching natural Dublin! Closest color match would be natural veg tan 😎

I have a pair of AE Dalton's in Shell Cordovan (color 8). The back of the eyelets are gnarly and are creating bad scratches in the tongue - so much that I stopped wearing the boots until I either have the eyelets replaced or get a kiltie. Do you sell kilties in Shell? None on your site now, and I imagine they are not cheap, but thought I'd ask. Thanks Dale!

Since i live in the nightmare Canada, shipping and taxes are insane. I have taken to making my own kilties. Since my selection of leather is limited and im cutting by hand. They are not the best but, what the heck kind of fun making different styles and switching them up. LoL
According to Dale's review, the Oro Logger compliments it. He stands behind his product and he cuts things really good. Most companies do throw away parts to make their kilties. I would recommend going with what he used in the review. From personal experience Horween's Predator Orange is also an extremely close match. I hope that helps and hopefully I didn't step on Dale's toes.
Loved the kilties I bought from you last week. The White's Boots kilties were narrow and subpar and yours were an upgrade. They protect the tongue from the grinding effects of the back of the eyelets, which the White's did not.
Have you considered offering Birch Tar Oil Leather Wax? I saw your Birchees video and have unsuccessfully searched to buy but it's OOS everywhere and Birchees doesn't reply through their site nor socials.
I’d love to be able to offer birch tree products but I am unable to produce them myself as I lack the expertise, though I can reach out to Lorne to see if I can gain any insight!
I have high instep and quite often get pressure from laces through the tongue and now that i use thick kilties it stays tight, without high pressure points.
